Your brave venturing out in the garden, I’m staying in the cool 😀. Oven baked risotto is so easy, no standing by for endless stirring…. definitely give it a go. X

It was a BBC Goodfood recipe, I much prefer the oven recipes so that I don’t have to stand forever and stir 😀. Shout if you need any help with the Sourdough 😘

I had some sent from a friend but I’ve since made my own as well, it’s such a great starter. I followed Elaine’s tutorial from Elainefoodbod sourdough. Shout if you need help X
Lots of bags Penny, although it’s been very hot for it upstairs in my sewing room. Sourdough doesn’t last very long unfortunately although it can be frozen and a good bread bag. 😘
