I am glad I realized I don't need them and appreciate simpler and more useful things in my kitchen. I keep all of my flours and grains in glass jars to keep bugs out, and I store onions in the fridge to prevent spoiling, plus then they don't make my eyes water as much when I cut them. If you keep ginger root in the freezer, it prevents molding, too. Just some tips from my kitchen to yours. Love your pale green teapots the best! I have a collection of pots, too. Thanks for sharing!
