Caught 1 fly ? This IS a great idea. The flies are so thick here, they're attacking that thing while I'm trying to make it. I also wear a gnat hat I make, but its risky to wear it, for obvious reasons. Short hair ONLY. North Central Florida
Ran across this just today after being victimized by these creatures numerous times this morning while out in the yard. Having lived in Northern St John's County for several years, I have never seen yellow flies this bad. I normally use Bifen IT as my go to insecticide which does extremely well, but not effective against yellow flies. Going to give this a try today.
