    ✌️❤️🌞Hope you all are having a beautiful summer!
    Let me me know down below if you would be interested in a video explaining protein and moisture balance more in detail. Also feel free to share what your summer routine is like✌️❤️🌞
    I also wanted to add some resources about the dangers of doing DIY sunscreen for your skin. I was not able to fit it in my description; however, I think this is extremely important!

    Although I''m usually a short hair sort of fellow, my hair has gotten a bit long during the pandemic. I've been using coconut oil as a pre-shampoo on my naturally dry and frizzy hair. The results thus far have been very good. Not only is my hair now soft, shiny, and frizzle-free, but I've noticed that my red hair has gotten deeper in color.. Thank you for your educational videos.......long live the English braid!

      @naturallyantonia  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Aw thank you so much Anthony! I'm so happy to hear coconut oil is working well for you. Putting oil on your scalp and hair is great way to tame frizz and help dry hair before washing. Also nice to hear about your red hair becoming deeper. I feel apple cider vinegar can also enhance shine and color. I feel like I notice my auburn highlights come out after. ♥️

    I love to use Rosemary oil after I shampoo, I put a few drops on my scalp , gently massage doing the inversion method. I’ve had significant hair growth doing this. Argan oil is my favorite for shiny soft hair! Love watching your videos! Thanks Antonia 🥰

    • @Dean12346
      @Dean12346 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      bluestargalaxies I leave them both in. There were a few studies done where they found Rosemary oil to have the same results as using Rogain. I use Argan as a leave in conditioner, but I use it sparingly as to not weigh down my hair, my hair is fine.

    Thank you for all the information in this video It was really helpful! I live in Virginia and the humidity level is about 80%, is aloe Vera a good ingredient for me?

    • @naturallyantonia
      @naturallyantonia  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      You are very welcome! 🙂 If you are indoors for most of the day and are in a healthy environment such as a home with proper humidity and air flow or a regular commercial office then you should be ok. If you are outside a lot, or planning an outdoor event it may be best to skip products with aloe on a humid day to prevent frizz. Some natural anti humectants include shea butter and coconut oil. For me, I am indoors most of the time and I do fine. If I go for a little walk around the block or walking in parking lots aloe is OK for my hair but if I'm outside for most of the day I do notice it can dry out my hair. ❤️

    Hello Dear! what are your thoughts about hair growth subliminals?

    • @naturallyantonia
      @naturallyantonia  4 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      This is a great question! I've been asked about this on instagram as well and have had requests to make one with my harp. I will say this, I believe subliminals can help relax you which can promote healthy growth. My problem with a lot of subliminals on YT is the click bait titles and false claims such as a grow an inch over night. I would never want to give anyone false information. I can absolutely touch on this on a video. Also as a n ex law of attraction coach I'm all about words. I believe that the words we say and believe can really help us towards our goals. I struggle because I love new age practices but I also love science and facts. I plan to create some hair music and asmr spoken word on my harp. As far as certain frequencies to heal certain aliments I'm still doing more research before I talk about it. 🙂 ❤️

    Hi Antonia, I tried for so long to get healthy hair but thanks to you the big change came with the apple cider rinse. My hair is very sensitive and now I know that the ph level of our hard water was the biggest problem, next to just being nicer to my hair while brushing etc. Thanks so much, my hair looks amazing now! One question I still do have, when I use conditioner my hair gets often quite poofy, so actually the opposite of silky smooth hair. Do you have an idea when this happens? I got the innate life light conditioner for example, my hairtype looks quite similar to yours. Greetings from Germany!

    • @naturallyantonia
      @naturallyantonia  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey Lotta, thanks for sharing with me! Always love to hear success stories. Apple cider vinegar rinses are truly a game changer! As for your hair feeling poofy I'm wondering if it's caused from the humidity where you live. I recommend using a leave in conditioner or some hair oil on damp hair. Also using a t shirt over a towel helps hair be more silky. The innate life is a great brand, their rose elixir is my favorite 🌹❤️ if those tips fail it may be time to switch up your conditioner and see if it makes a difference. The innate Life conditioner does not contain protein but mainly a lot of hydrating ingredients and oils, a conditioner with a protein in it may help to give you that sleek look. And greetings from the US ✌️💜

    Do you still use Moroccan method shampoos and conditioners?

    • @naturallyantonia
      @naturallyantonia  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hi Tracy, I do not use the shampoos and conditoners anymore but I like to use their other hair products. I found other shampoos and conditoners work better for my hair currently. I've only tried out a few of their shampoos and conditoners, I'm curious about their apple cider vinegar one. Their diamond mist crystal conditioner is my favorite and I also have been using their grapeseed oil elixer, boar/nylon brush, and just started trying out their skin care.
