Definitely well everyone has their own routine, as long as you feel good with yourself you’re doing everything right honey! 🙂 don’t compare yourself to her you are doing you 🙂
I do the same thing but it takes me longer than you; about 30 minutes. Pampering is not about using loads of expensive completely unnecessary products. Pampering for me is keeping things simple and sustainable as a habit.
After watching your videos, I have completely shifted to using Calia shampoo and conditioner, water filter installed, using a wooden brush and the microfiber hair towel. My hairfall is reduced drastically! Thank you Sarah for your video and YT for making me discover you :)
Devang Brahmbhatt I remember buying that years ago. When she first had a video. It wasn’t moisturizing enough for me. Even the mask. I think I’ll give it another go now that I quit using heat for 2 years now.
I guess you are an Indian...so do they deliver the products to India too???and what's the price of the shampoo and the conditioner according to Indian rupee?
Yes me too. I took a risk and ordered it to Finland which is a bit more expensive but I think it's totally worth it. I've used them twice and my hair is so much better. I'm thinking about buying other Calia products too :)
It is really nice that you have a privilege of great hair genes, sauna at home, extended pricy skincare and tools and a lot of time of your hands. It's your life and your right to live it how you want. I would just like to remind anyone watching that this is not realistic for most people and not to beat yourself up. Do what you can when you can and above everything else be gentle with yourself. 💕
there are so many stupid comments saying "first step: be rich" Let me say this: first off, this isnt a tutorial telling you how to take care of yourself or how you need to live you life. Second, there are SO many ways that you can do this routine FOR CHEAPER. maybe yall should stop complaining and saying "oh this video is useless because we dont have that much time and money." THEN WHY ARE YALL HERE. to hate on her? Simply because she takes care of herself in the ways she wants to? All of yall are just SALTY AND JEALOUS.
Actually, It is a demonstration showing you how you can take care of yourself. She is promoting the products, so it's a sponsorship to hope people would buy in. Why are you so offended & overreacting. I don't think anyone said this video is "useless" they are just saying these items are too high end pricey for them to buy, but apparently they want the exact same item that's all. Most people are just saying they're just going to admire from afar instead of doing all that pampering so I don't think they're hating on her.. more like envious. To answer "WHY ARE YALL HERE"... There are many ways youtube algorithm could've brought someone here to her video, such as myself... I was watching how to take care of my hair.. and ended up being suggested to this video.. so I just watched it because she DOES Have super beautiful hair..
I just can’t get over the fact that you probably have so much going on in your life yet your still able to take care of yourself... I wish I had that ability
I am very grateful that she is opening up the world to a healthier life for me. ❤️ I also think it's great that she shows us what great people there are out there developing and selling such great products. Everyone prioritizes how they spend their money in life. Some put it on health and some on cars, alcohol, parties, etc. Everyone should decide for themselves what is important to them. ❤️
I was watching a short film on Period Poverty in South Sudan and then bumped into this. Same world but sooo different. TH-cam never fails to amuse me. 😌
Sushmita Mandal I saw that video too! Is it the one where the woman has to dig a hole in her hut and sit down in it and wait till she finished bleeding herself out?!

Self care isn't about being rich, it's about prioritizing yourself. Some people choose to spend extra money on a coffee a day, clothes, makeup, or cigarettes but Sarah clearly chooses to spend what she has on the products and things that make her feel better. It's all about choosing where to put your funds. There's lots simple, cheap, or even free alternatives to lots of these products! 💕
Your routines inspired me several months ago 🙂 I bought Calia, cleansing oils, oils for my hair, a TEK brush, the flaxseed hothead cap, and have made my own herbal hair rinses. So I scrolled like 5 minutes through the comments and I saw literally NO ONE complaining that she misspelled pampering in her thumbnail! How is it possible that no one noticed that she wrote pamering in the thumbnail?! 😂
I feel like everyone is talking about how you have to be “rich” to do any of this ...but if your health and well-being is your number one priority you can have this type of routine too. Doesn’t have to necessarily be this expensive, but it’s also not impossible.
Poor girl I have the impression that there are only negative comments, I find that her videos are very good, what has incredible hair and she just has the means and the time, so much the better for her, as if the people been jealous 😔

Girl! Please turn off the water while you're not using it, this is making me crazy, considering millions of people don't have access to even a glass of water.
I do agree about turning off the water while it’s not in use. Although we can save water like that, did you know that “92% of our water footprint is caused by agriculture.” This means that raising animals for consumption requires one hundred times more than what we use for personal needs. Raising animals for consumption is also one of the reasons why millions of people don’t have access to water and food . I was pretty surprised when I heard about this too but it’s true. “33% of all cropland is used for livestock feed- 26% of all the earth's ice-free land is used for grazing purposes- and because of demand- one third of the earth’s freshwater supply, according to the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States of America.” Because of this people in third world countries and people in poverty don’t have access to water. i will will provide links as well :) and again I do agree that we shouldn’t let water run ! Save water !
Patricia Wist www.google.com/amp/s/www.livekindly.co/scientists-say-going-vegan-help-save-planet/amp/ Also, we can use less water and less people will go hungry if we all adapted a plant based diet because we already grow enough food to fed the whole world !!!!
@Kenya Del Carpio That's lovely and all... but no one asked. We know animals raised for consumption causes lots of problems regarding the health of our Earth and the environment, but that's not going to stop corporations. Not saying you can blame people personally for what is mostly caused by corporations (like the straw thing) but this girl is obviously very privileged and evidently, wasteful.
What’s going on with the people that didn’t like the video...everything you do and show is so relaxing , I like watching your videos when I’m in a bad mood or with allot of anxiety, your angel voice and attitude is everything for me in those difficult days.

I wanna know how you prevent frizz, cause that's what I struggle with my hair even though I use a wooden brush, I do natural hair masks, I oil my hair, I do apple cider vinegar rinses, I use a vegan shampoo and conditioner, I do protective hairstyles and after all that... I still struggle with frizz ALWAYS.
@@whitneyhenry5755 but hair spray dries out the hair and most frizz is caused because the hair isn't moisturized enough so hair spray may make it look better but it will damage the hair
I think I'm just gonna roll around in the dirt, then do the best I can at doing this cuz I have limited funds on hand, and don't have my own bathroom, time to build my own bathroom, sending out lots of positive energy to anyone who is reading, peace, namaste.

Do you have a positive opinion on rice water? Also, I recently started using a wooden brush, silk pillow case, and taking biotin gummies! Also, love your hair!❤️
LPSGamerLove Rice water rinses are amazing!! If you have hair that likes protein, it will work wonders for you. It's not for everyone, but my hair is very protein hungry so it loves rice rinses. If you do a rice rinse and your hair gets dry, stringy, and brittle, it may not be something your hair likes. And that's okay!! Just give it a good hydration mask and it'll restore the balance to your hair. All it means is that your hair doesn't need protein/may be protein sensitive.
Unless you have a deficiency in biotin it most probably won't benefit you as greatly as to those who do, if at all. It's a common misconception when it comes to hair and nail growth.
I live in asia and the locals use "sticky rice" (glutonious) instead of regular rice. Also they focus on the oil that will develop on the bottom. The people that still do it has wonderful healthy long black hair.
Totally random but do you ever forget how long your hair is? mines the same length and I'm like oh I wish my hair was as long as hers and then I'm like.. oh it is lol i LOVE your videos so much
Soo funny. I don’t realize how long my hair is until I see someone with hair that I think is really long and it’s shorter than mine. I keep my hair at my knees. Never see anyone with my length except once in a while on here.
Taylor I do the same thing lol I have almost classic length hair and forget about it until I wear it down and someone tells me “wow you have really long hair” lol
Sometimes my hair touches my arms or elbows, and I'm like 'oh, what was that????', and then understand that my hair is actually so long that it reaches my elbows :D Constantly getting scared by my own hair...

I'm really a new fan of holistichabits and it just amazes me how natural and organic every product you use..I'd really like to live such a lifestyle but don't know from where to begin..
My opinion is that not every single product or ingredient needs to be organic or "chemical" free, but rather use products that help your body. So, if using something with petrolatum is benefitting you, then use it :) and if using something with only essential oils and other "natural" ingredients work best, do that. There are a lot more "natural" or holistic products out there now, even in drugstores. You just need to have a look at the label, and test out what works for you. And Always patch test when it comes to new products, esp if it contains essential oils. Once I nearly burned my neck with lavender oil. It wasn't good lol.

I would just like to say that this lovely lady is only sharing what she does that help her and her favorite products that she uses. She isnt saying that this is the ONLY way. Whether shes rich or poor, she is just sharing what she loves to do. She suggests alternative options in other videos too for people on a budget. I personally dont own a sauna, nor all these luxurious products and I am definitely not rich. But I love the ideas shes throwing out here. And actually if you use her code, you can get some of these high quality products for a little cheaper, in case anyone is still interested. Even though I cant afford to buy all these at once, I definitely want to purchase them over a course of time. I've been using her tips and advice and they have really been helping me! Thats not to say other products work just as well. Do what works best for you! Anyways I'd appreciate if people would just stop bullying her for having pricey products or so called sponsored videos, shes just trying to share something that makes her happy.
Thank you holistichabits! You have really helped me with my anxiety and self care routine! You have all my love
Compared to you I’m literally a man. I get into the shower wash my hair twice, maybe shave, and leave. It takes 10 minutes tops
I put oil in my hair and take a shower normally lol
For us girls shaving takes more time
As a girl I must say I do the same, except my shower takes probably 5 more minutes. On the other hand... This is not her every day routine.
As a Bulgarian I'm really happy that you use our rose water :) It's been a beauty routine passed down the generations for so many years
As a curly head I screamed when she managed to fit ALL that hair into a bun and a shower cap. With my shoulder length hair I can't even-🙁
I never seen anyone before this like her..
As she is caring so much of her hair body everything... don't know even how many things she is using 😥🙄😲
After watching your videos, I have completely shifted to using Calia shampoo and conditioner, water filter installed, using a wooden brush and the microfiber hair towel. My hairfall is reduced drastically! Thank you Sarah for your video and YT for making me discover you :)
Where did you find calia shampoo in india??????.....I'm from kolkata , I was searching for caila shampoo conditioner from 6 months

I have been trying the Calia shampoo and conditioner and I’ve seen a HUGE difference in my hair so thank you sooo much
Devang Brahmbhatt I remember buying that years ago. When she first had a video. It wasn’t moisturizing enough for me. Even the mask. I think I’ll give it another go now that I quit using heat for 2 years now.
Can you get it from Amazon?
I guess you are an Indian...so do they deliver the products to India too???and what's the price of the shampoo and the conditioner according to Indian rupee?
Yes me too. I took a risk and ordered it to Finland which is a bit more expensive but I think it's totally worth it. I've used them twice and my hair is so much better. I'm thinking about buying other Calia products too :)
Same here ❣️
It is really nice that you have a privilege of great hair genes, sauna at home, extended pricy skincare and tools and a lot of time of your hands. It's your life and your right to live it how you want. I would just like to remind anyone watching that this is not realistic for most people and not to beat yourself up. Do what you can when you can and above everything else be gentle with yourself. 💕

You are the top 3 gorgeous women with lovely hair
This is from a 12 year old who has a cousin who brushes her hair every second
there are so many stupid comments saying "first step: be rich"
Let me say this: first off, this isnt a tutorial telling you how to take care of yourself or how you need to live you life.
Julia L none of the products she talked about is sponsored by her soooo
@@breannakay9829 She's promoting them.. she's making small profit from all the links of the products.
Julia L look at the description if she is actually sponsoring them then that’s shady asf
@@breannakay9829 lol, she has a tiny discretion at the bottom stating she makes a small profit if you by from her links
I just can’t get over the fact that you probably have so much going on in your life yet your still able to take care of yourself... I wish I had that ability
It’s just satisfying to watch her videos

I am very grateful that she is opening up the world to a healthier life for me. ❤️ I also think it's great that she shows us what great people there are out there developing and selling such great products. Everyone prioritizes how they spend their money in life. Some put it on health and some on cars, alcohol, parties, etc. Everyone should decide for themselves what is important to them. ❤️

💕
I have bought the calia shampoo and the tek brushes and I’ve seen huge improvements in my hair.
Thnak you 🙏🏽
Your routines inspired me several months ago 🙂 I bought Calia, cleansing oils, oils for my hair, a TEK brush, the flaxseed hothead cap, and have made my own herbal hair rinses. My shower time has been transformed and my hair and skin feels amazing. I can't wait to save up for and try Blue Beautifly's products next, as well as Pure Rose. Thank you for existing on TH-cam and for showing me a different approach to self care! 💞💕

I feel like everyone is talking about how you have to be “rich” to do any of this ...but if your health and well-being is your number one priority you can have this type of routine too. Doesn’t have to necessarily be this expensive, but it’s also not impossible.

Girl! Please turn off the water while you're not using it, this is making me crazy, considering millions of people don't have access to even a glass of water.
Patricia Wist agree 😔
Patricia Wist www.google.com/amp/s/www.livekindly.co/scientists-say-going-vegan-help-save-planet/amp/
Also, we can use less water and less people will go hungry if we all adapted a plant based diet because we already grow enough food to fed the whole world !!!!
@Kenya Del Carpio That's lovely and all... but no one asked. We know animals raised for consumption causes lots of problems regarding the health of our Earth and the environment, but that's not going to stop corporations. Not saying you can blame people personally for what is mostly caused by corporations (like the straw thing) but this girl is obviously very privileged and evidently, wasteful.
brownies if many stop supporting corporations, YES, it will help

I wanna know how you prevent frizz, cause that's what I struggle with my hair even though I use a wooden brush, I do natural hair masks, I oil my hair, I do apple cider vinegar rinses, I use a vegan shampoo and conditioner, I do protective hairstyles and after all that... I still struggle with frizz ALWAYS.
Do you use leave in conditioners?
Find a hair spray like probably with less harmful chemicals and spray it on to a tooth brush then brush your flyaways
@@whitneyhenry5755 but hair spray dries out the hair and most frizz is caused because the hair isn't moisturized enough so hair spray may make it look better but it will damage the hair
Could just be your hair texture. Is the frizz breakage? That’s different.
silk/satin pillowcase or headscarf at night/when drying
I think I'm just gonna roll around in the dirt, then do the best I can at doing this cuz I have limited funds on hand, and don't have my own bathroom, time to build my own bathroom, sending out lots of positive energy to anyone who is reading, peace, namaste.
Try olive oil for your hair ;) and a honey + banana face mask. No need to have expensive products to take care of yourself 💙

What are biotin gummies and where can I buy them?
Totally random but do you ever forget how long your hair is? mines the same length and I'm like oh I wish my hair was as long as hers and then I'm like.. oh it is lol i LOVE your videos so much
Taylor i do the EXACT same thing haha
I just wish mine was as dense and heavy as hers!!!
Sometimes my hair touches my arms or elbows, and I'm like 'oh, what was that????', and then understand that my hair is actually so long that it reaches my elbows :D Constantly getting scared by my own hair...
This looks lovely! I'm going to find products similar in my price range. Definitely one day will want all this lol. Thanks for the video!

Pls stop saying hate comments. Some people just like to take care of them selves like sarah and it's not bad to have a lot of self care. And u don't need to buy all the products she buys so stop saying hate comments and love sarah for who she is again self care is IMPORTANT 💕 so stop hating and say nice comments 🙂 🙂😀
