    Hello, could you please make a one hour beginner yoga video in Hindi which also includes pranayama and yog nidra. Please make the video in a similar outdoor as your indoor videos echo a little bit and sound is not very clear. Thank you.

    Amit sir I started neck yoga as per your instructions but from the first I was pain in neck and head like pinching needles sensation . So I stopped neck exercise and continued these yoga .
    But I have shoulder collars pain when I get stressed.
    Please suggest any changes accordingly .

    Amit ji I have pain in neck collars since last 3years and sometimes in neck also ,I am doing yoga since last 4 months regularly but not any right sequence , since last 2 days I started as per this video ,could you please let me know for how long it will be continue and after this which sequence I have to follow
