HOW TO DISABLE/BYPASS THE AUTO STOP/START - This should be pretty similar for all vehicles that have this. If you want to bypass this without having to hit the button all the time. Locate your car battery. On the negative terminal there should be a small square/rectangular box with a wire or 2 attached to it (NOT THE MAIN NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE). You should be able to unplug the wire(s) going into that little black box and leave them disconnected. The stop/start will be disabled. Drawback is that you may get a message saying that the stop/start isn't function, and requires service. and it might illuminate a little warning icon on your dash - those will always be on, and show the message when you start the car.

Yes I tether it from my phone and the model I have is a 12.1 inch px6, but the one for your jeep may be larger or same size as mine you would have to go to Phoenix automotive and look and see.
The only thing I don't like about that unit is it don't have have sub output it only has 4 rca I wish it had sub output but I just ran it with a line convertor for my subs
Hey brother - love the detail video. Ih ave the same unit from Phoenix for my 2012 Avalanche. I have loaded several video stream apps(netflix, youtubetv, etc..) all of them load slow or just buffer once loaded. Is there a setting that you know of to make streaming work? Also what launcher are you using - looks sweet.
Man...I wish there was a setting to speed up streaming services, all I normally do is close everything else and run just that one app. I noticed to since I have 5G now it runs better in 4G. And it's Nova launcher I believe. Appreciate the support boss. 💪🏾
When you bought the px6 did you get any of the add ons I saw on the site in order to play movies or sync wifi?..or sis you just buy the unit and just downloaded software for it?...im about to get one myself.

Having a problem with an echo back when I bluetooth my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, the person I call gets the echo back when they talk to me it's so annoying for them. I contacted Samsung they replaced the phone and swore they solved the problem, but it still persists.
man it should they build it for your vehicle, I would double check with them to make sure. they also have a few groups on FB for these systems I am pretty sure someone has one with your same set-up.
hi i bought it is i installed it it gives sound on the radio but when i connect it to internet in youtobe or videos it does not give sound i think it must be programmed from the system to remove the blockage and i do not know how to do it thanks for your cooperation
do you have amps hooked up? I had the same issue with my amps when I hooked them up... if you don't have amps hooked up that's a hard one but if you do I had to run splitters to the RCA's that gave me sound on everything.
My back up sensors don't work when in reverse on this radio. WHEN I use my factory radio it does work. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated, do you know how to make the sensor part of the back up camera (car image with sensor feature) to work ?

Yes but I had to hook them up weird, I had to get adapters to run two amps because some of the rcas only put our sound for music and I wanted sound for everything.
@@talkin_spec6141 use a dsp with all aftermarket market in puts and bring it up front with rcas into the input on the dsp ..it's what I did I have volume control and bass knob control.i have 3 amps and 25 speakers running off my tablet

Are u getting wifi from your phone hot spot?? Cause I tried it with my phone but when I go to browser or play store it says " couldn't sync" you got any idea why it would be showing that?
And I just bought a extrnal DVD player for Android man that shit don't work it's supposed to work it's a DVD player just with a usd wire only it was supposed to be plug and play but don't work trying to figure it out doe I may have to send that DVD player back and get another one but I'll keep you posted
@@talkin_spec6141 ok first thing sometimes mine won't come on, I get a black screen. Second thing my play store won't work, it gives some kinda error message. My backup camera doesn't work, and when I mirror my phone and try to play a video I get a green screen
Man... crazy, ok have you reset your unit? When I have issues with My backup camera I have to hit the reset button in the front. If reset won’t fix a lot of your issues you may have to hit up Phoenix automotive, hopefully a reset will get you back in the game, Keep me posted boss.
Can someone help me? I installed this exact same radio into my Chrysler 300S. It worked perfectly the first day. The next day, the screen flashed and blacked out and I can't see anything. All of the functions, radio, and a.c. are working but nothing on the screen. I used the reset button, pulled the main harness, and unplugged the battery and nothing worked.
man...only things I would suggest is seeing about an update from Phoenix automotive or Sergey who makes custom firmwares for these units but if you can't see the screen that will be hard, may have to look into options from the company.

What firmware are you running? It looks a lot different than mine even though it's a PX6 I need to get mine on this firmware so I can hide the top and bottom bars as well, Apps are not made to run in a square window and it makes many of them unusable including Netflix which is a big problem. This is potentially a nice radio if the software issues were fixed. If anyone knows can you contact me on WhatsApp? My username is imseanross I'm going to be looking on xda developers as well

man I was thinking the same thing, and without buying the bypass from some of the videos I have seen there is an accessory you can buy to disable it.

Yeah I got wireless carplay, I think that was all I ordered. Everything else I downloaded to it all my streaming apps and everything else I use.

thanks for all the info.. Looks like you are using Nova Launcher, how were you able to hide the Navigation bar and climate controls.
Go into settings and hide top and bottom bar turn those on.

You def. have a wiring issue. Remove and reinstall.

Man you will have to go to the browser and search for Netflix old build or download, it won't pop up in the store.

I use either go launcher or nova launcher from the play store then I email myself the photos then use files to set them as my wallpaper.
