please help me. How did you get the bottom physical buttons to turn on? The unit I got does not hold memory and on the physical buttons the ECO OFF button is always lit up and the rest do not turn on. The rear DVD does not work either.

Digital TV doesn't work. Can't switch hvac to outside air. The audio settings and equalizer won't override the factory tone settings. Has anyone resolved any of these issues? 2016 colorado

Are you using a aftermarket amp or factory amp for your sub? I hooked my aftermarket amp up and it didnt work.. after speaking with them he told me that all the RCA that are on the unit are inputs and i would have to purchase a PAC pre amp that cost almost $500.

I have a question for you did you have any problems with your auto running lights and the back control for your AC I can't get it to come on and I have to now turn my lights on when it gets dark. @@bigbulley7 my heat still blows after its turned off ...ive had older vehicles do this but it didnt do it until i installed this PX6 10.4 in my Dodge Ram 1500 . i called Phoenix and they tried to help but wont send me a update until i send them a video of the air still blowing with the unit off ...it blows like its on the lowest setting maybe even lighter than the lightest setting ....but its enough to bug you being its winter time and when i turn the heat off i would like it all the way off ...ive only had the unit installed for about 4 days

I loved my Px6 till it caught my factory amp on fire. Then when I tried to return this wonderful radio. They denied my refund. Great company.
