Answer is option 3 in my opinion because it will help them to understand the customer who is buying the offerings that they will provide is worth or stand on the value proposition that they have/will propose .If there is any defect or need to alter in their offerings then they can use it to out stand that the value proposed by them. Despite being expensive it will help the company's offering to grow in long term basis.

The Salesforce CRM tool is critical to provide with a platform for sharing experiences. While we think we know what the customer wants, and may be directionally correct regarding a product or product feature's value, the WHY is it valuable must come from the customer; from the why we can continue to build. Collaboration with the customer will reap much more beneficial products and ultimately engagement which of course leads to sales.

What is salesforce a horrible crm system that people are conned into and then find they need to spend a fortune for it to work properly. Having used sap and Siebel as well as salesforce, all I can say is it’s no good for end users. Over 50 years using various CRM solutions and this is the worst yet the newest. Would recommend people look around before spending millions on this crap.
