I thought that the "when to run" works a little differently: I thought the "updated and meets the condition" would fire when the StageName is set to Example Stage, but also when ANY OTHER field is changed and the StageName is already Example Stage. Instead, the "Only when a record is updated to meet the condition" only fires when THAT field is changed. Both work the same when the field is changed, but they behave differently when the field is already set.

how do you configure the flow to create multiple different tasks on one case. I can do this with a flow and multiple create record elements but is there a better way to do this

Do the agents (back office mostly) working on the tasks need to have a FSC license as well? Our Front Office agents do have FSC license, **BUT** the Back Office agents only have a basic Service Cloud License today (they mainly work on CASE and TASKS )

Thank u for this video .. i was having the same requirement. I wanted to check how this task can be linked to an action plan ? My requirement is if the stage is supposed to be qualified then I am creating few tasks with specific subjects, and I want all the tasks to belong to a qualified action plan .. how should I achieve this .. ?

What if I want to assign a task that doesn't belong to the owner of the opportunity? For instance, I have someone who enters and creates opportunity records but another employee who follows up with the contact afterward who needs to be assigned the tasks.

i've figured it out, tested and it worked. In the value section instead of record->owner ID input your employee SF UID. Hope this makes sense
