Nick - I loved this tutorial. I have worked with multiple CRMs and dabbled a bit with Hubspot. This video was awesome and covered all the important bits one needs to get on with their jobs. The premium features is a different story with all of the customizations, but this video is great for anyone using the software for the first time or joining a company where they might have to use Hubspot for the first time. My pleasure Ibukun! Good question, I would focus on one system, I would recommend Salesforce. Watch as much content as possible on Udemy and TH-cam, and create a sandbox environment for you to test your learnings and explore the system in more detail. I hope this helps!

it was so helpful , but in the landing page , how i can connect my non-wordpress landing page to the crm so leads being added to contects directly
Great question! What you need to do is embed a form onto your landing page. I go over forms in this video, in the options area when creating a form make sure you have 'always create contact for new email address' selected. This ensures any time someone signs up using the embedded form it creates a new contact for you in HubSpot. Hope this helps, if you have any questions feel free to ask!
Informative 👍 I have 2 questions
1- when leads are importing(through IMPORT CSV ) in Hubspot CRM,is there any assign column to assign specific lead to a team member?
2- When lead are coming from website,Facebook & wordpress or other sources are they distributing automatically among team members ?
Like using RoundRobbin or something else ?

Hi, can we add tags on the contact? like I wanted to create specific tag for certain group of contacts only.
Hi Nerejean, the best thing to do is use lists. You will be able to create a list for contacts that either match specific criteria or that you add to the list individually. You are then able to filter the contacts by the lists they are part of. I hope this helps!

Seems overly complex for what I need.. I just need something to keep track of customers for a small business.. is this the wrong tool for me?? I don't have teams, I don't have big marketing goals and deals and so on.. my business is not complex.. but I'd like to keep track of customers and their feedback.
