    WARNING
    Be very careful dealing with the high pressure Sales Force people. After they leave the scene the pain starts, the cost of implementation is enormous and because you have signed a three year contract you are committed and there’s NO way out.

    • @iandunn9497

      @@catsanchez5726 Personal experience of course. Once you have signed it doesn't matter if you decide the software is not suitable for your business, your company will be pursued and harassed to continue paying the tens of thousands in subscription, in short time by debt collection agencies.
      Salesforce are ruthless operators. Implimentation costs for many business scenarios are also very, very heavy. Salesforce farm that implementation aspect out to third party consultants, none of that is done in house.
      Sales Force are high pressure sales entity They are certainly very good at that. .

He is a good presenter and has energy but the script writing is needlessly vapid and assumes a high schooler is watching. I would not expect a reply or explicit directions as there is a whole industry out there in for fee schooling on Salesforce CRM

      Hi Holly, absolutely! I work for an organization that consults on Salesforce. Like you, we don’t really have products, as our business is focused on services. We, and our competitors in the ecosystem, rely on Salesforce to help manage our pipeline from presales and lead acquisition through fulfillment. The platform probably won’t be perfect for you out of the box, however, most consultants will be very capable😊 to help you customize your system for your needs!

    A Rolodex stored the customer address and phone number so you could contact them. It didn't harvest the customer behavior, relationships, things they like, clinics and clubs they go to, things they subscribe to... You might call it CRM "Customer Relationship Management". I call it invasion of privacy, or more succinctly, spying. Salesforce is a high-speed way to turn any company into a used car salesman.

    Cool video.
    I'm debating to take the trailhead courses to get certifications or digital marketing via Google....noticing majority folks seeking jobs are not getting hired with the job market being "oversaturated"
    People with less experience are less likely to get hired, so it opens up questions on whether it's worth pursuing this field or simply pick another.....if job market is so oversaturared, by the time things stabilize tech will have evolved so much that wtvr we learn today could become very outdated within cpl yrs.
    So my question is what should we do in terms of obtaining certificates towards employment/careers?

    • @sirlancegeo

      it is interesting to put out all this training material for free to allow people interested in working with their program a way to train themselves. I guess the equivalent is having manuals online for products to save on providing physical books with a digital product. For people interested in working for salesforce, it seems like a way of getting out of training employees by having them train themselves while working at companies which contract with salesforce so externalize costs and if someone becomes an expert at the programs, then offer them employment at salesforce or just take suggestions and improve the product from "customer" requests.

    • @catdogfishdogcats
      @catdogfishdogcats 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@sirlancegeoif you flood the market with free materials, the companies get to hire say 10 people, but since the material is free, 500 people apply after looking at the material. So it mostly benefits the companies and not the job seekers as if the barrier to entry is too low there will be too many people applying for the same jobs, and too many people who have the exact same low qualifications as you.

    I wasn't really interested in this product...but then he broke into the Beyonce dance and I'm thinking to myself...this is the kind of company I want to partner with...and I'm being serious. We're considering Salesforce and we're setting up a demo!

    Salesforce is a great platiform. As for for CRM is known as customer Realation management. Sales force is a great software that can work well with C. R.M and it makes customers feel so good the 360 is good to used along side. Nice narrations. I like to listen to Sales force recruters, on how they started it, and how it works for them. Educative video.
