I know it’s not this episode but the ending of that next episode when Rick hears the kids laughing at Alexandria gives me chills every time. The whole episode he says not even silence would convince him to let his family there but at the end it’s something he hasn’t heard in a long time that convinces him and it’s the sounds of children’s happiness. Absolutely incredible writing
" The Distance" was a great episode.... actually that episode was taken from issue #69 ( I believe )from the comics👍

The first time I saw that I actually thought the kid laughter was faked on a pre recording on a loud speaker to lure them in under false securities and then eat them lol i was sceptical since we already not long dealt with the cannibals at Terminus.
The scene with Sasha and Maggie is shown again in a flashback in Sasha’s last episode in the season 7 finale
THIS is the WD that I miss... THIS kinda WD is what I WANT....
The music in this season during danger was always spot on good
I just watched Fear S1 E1 and It's the same. I forget how good this show started. Same with TWD. When you rewatch stuff after a long time It's really a crazy feeling. These Shows where so good and later so different but never that good again.
Same I just rewatched S1-3 and it had so much potential to be something different than TWD
This is also that episode with that iconic shot of all the characters together lined up walking along the road to Alexandria. Loved it when the cast was relatively small back then! Loved every single character!!
This was the end of an era on twd.. the end of the group trying to survive on the road.. when they discovered Alexandria there world got a whole lot bigger
And they were starving with the fact the canibal guy seid you guys dont know what its like to starve a few episodes before
Right… and they survived and didn’t have to resort to eating people 😂💯
Rick with the Crazy long hair and crazy beard is the most bad ass look of Rick Grimes
I think it’s one of the most underrated episode and I don't understand why. It was always one of my favorite episodes. It's so powerful, and the acting is amazing!

I knew Beth was gonna die when she told Daryl He was gonna be the last survivor and she said you're gonna miss me when I'm gone
I don't think Steven Yeun is ever going to come back since he mentioned multiple times on interviews he's done with the show and seeing how his career has turned out i don't think he would even bother coming back

I always figured that Maggie couldn’t kill the trunk walker because the lady was clearly kidnapped and it reminded her of Beth who was also kidnapped.
I remember this episode seeing the group starting to splinter and if not for Aaron showing up, I think some of them would have just given up

Here's a thought. Thise characters that died could come back in solo one offs like tales of the walking dead or some type of dream episode like what they did with Michonne as a member of thr saviors.

Daryl and Maggies bond is because of Glenns Death and Daryls externally present guilt for causing it.

I think we could see Glenn in a live action clementine and Lee show if you remember in the game Glenn was in the first episode it would be cool to see more of Glenn during the beginning of the apocalypse
TWD Telltale games are based in TWD Comic Book Universe not the TV Universe. Clementine and Lee don't exist in the AMC Walking Dead world.
