The bike is no joke... picked up mine in April....3GT insane and seemingly never ending torque...... but I wont ride like the people in the video, not trying to test the limits of my health insurance.

My last Rocket 3 and I hit the deck after a hit and run, and I thought my riding days were over. Seeing this new Rocket, just may change my mind :)

More obscure fact: Director John Derek produced the film of the Caesars jump. Derek's then-wife Linda Evans (yes, the actress) manned the camera of Knievel's famous landing that we've all seen on video..
I found your post far more interesting than the video... the only thing I enjoyed was the Caesar's Palace bit at the end - the rest was pretty boring.

Even Triumph knows that rear fender is ugly so they took it off for the video. First thing I did with mine.
They have to have it there for compliance at time of sale.. What you do with it after that is your prerogative :)

two(2) observations first are they endorsing street racing ? 2nd the shoes left on the roadway similar to the scene in Mad Max where the bike club run down his wife and kid...quite and image. Well I LIKED the whole muscle bike performance well done!

Rocket. Way more electronics, way more comfortable, and quicker.
@@sivvinod3187 no. The vmax has 200 hp. Rocket 3 under 170.
@@ericx7476 wrong, the vmax takes more than 3 seconds to reach 60, the rocket has the current production bike world record 0-60 time of 2.73 seconds. So yeah, the rocket is quicker.

Yeah right Triumph. Did the bikes survive? I've had my Rocket 3 R less than two months, done nothing like this Triumph claims they can do and the clutch blew up. New bike and they won't fix it under warranty leaving me thousands in the red. Bullshit video on a bike that can't handle it's own power. Buy a Diavel.
I gave this a thumbs-down, because I stand firmly AGAINST in-town street racing, which this video clearly advocates! But I do dearly love Triumph motorcycles, especially the Rocket 3's.
