Me and her indoors stay at the Hopton every time we visit Blackpool, for the price and service you couldn't get any better. Everyone of the staff are polite and helpful.
It's good to see a totally different hotel review that I've not seen b4 that every other vlogger does👍

I'm with u Paul, dated decor doesn't bother me at all, as long as the hotel is warm, clean and comfortable and it looked like that hotel was all 3 😊 My only slight gripe is me n my hubby are grumpy ole gits in the morning lol so don't like sitting at shared tables for breakfast, and didn't notice any tables just for 2 people.
I didn't have to share a table and I was on my own

Stayed here last Sept, was perfect for us, location good, very very clean and lovely people running and working in it, would deffo stay again

The hotel is also situated right next door to the Heritage Tram Depot.
Not bad and price reasonable for the standard of accommodation. Staff and facilities are everything in the hotel business.
To far for me . Blackpool tower is along way away . Plus so are the main shopping area. But Looks Ok
I grew up in Blackpool in the 1940's and have been back several times. This hotel far surpasses anything else I have seen or stayed in here. From the video, next time I come will book here

Wow just walkin in lookin nice the room looks spotless yep defo deserves 9 only snag for the maturer person would be the step at night if yer wanted the toilet they might forget that breakfast looked delicious till the next one😊

5 out of 10 in my opinion where are the nice views from the windows sounds a bit depressing to me I have just booked into a amazing hotel pitch side Bolton Wanderers hotel a match on later this month

Sorry but I don't know how Blackpool gets away with the kitsch decor, and porridge wallpaper. They seem to have completely missed the more sophisticated guest nowadays. As clean as this looks, they are not places you would want to stay in terms of missing "wow" factor. Personally, I cannot think of one reason why someone would want to visit Blackpool, less stay overnight there ....
People won’t pay a decent price for the rooms,they want it cheap
