Thank you for this video series. I have done pretty much everything you can do to a CB750, just picked up a 78 GS750, suzuki is a foreign world to me, these are a great help
What is the purpose of the part that is held by those three screws and is it possible to mess it up? I took mine off and it doesn't seem to be functioning properly now.
This is a great project and helpful. I have a 77 GS 750 that needs work. Will keep it as original as possible, but your project cover a lot of the stuff I have to do with mine. Thanks!!
When giving it high resistance and turning a quarter, what you did is that the rod kept the discs pressed, that is, they are a little apart and they will skate, I think you have to give it until you feel that it is pushing and there go back, so that the discs are only separated by the set of the lever
What levers did you get for this build. I need to replace both my clutch and front brake lever and master cylinder. I want something new, but want to make sure it will work on this older model cycle.
Purchased from Ebay, they look good however I haven't test ridden them yet so cant say how they will handle. www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Gray-7-8-CNC-Motorcycle-Front-Brake-Clutch-Master-Cylinder-Lever-Set-Reservoir/152678227735?hash=item238c54df17:g:Ih4AAOSwB3tZoPpU

Thank you and good luck with your build.
I recently picked up a '78 GS750 and your channel is really helping me learn how to take care of it, thanks!
Thank you for your support and comment, always happy to help :)

That's exactly what the manufacturers specification states.
What Clutch lever is that? Looks way better than the original factory.
These where an ebay purchase but! I reverted back to the OME lever as the after markets weren't up to the job.

What was the black rubber things you put on the cover I can’t find what’s it’s called and I need replacement of mine
Sprocket cover rubber seals, couple of mine weren't in great condition, pretty sure it would be easy enough to knock some up out of a sheet of rubber.
Nice work!
