The lower hose is for when the crankcase gas and pressure builds up, it filers it through that apparatus connected to the hose and feeds it into the airbox, which in turn takes the vapor and runs it thru the filter, and any condensation or oil, drains into the release hose. Only time you have to worry much about oil coming out is if the valve is stuck, which is rare when new, or if you over filled the oil.
71Flash Razkull has a huge following and established mods, plus in the future you can do a z190 swap (bolts right in” and you will destroy all mini bikes! It’s a good choice - it was on my list , just didn’t like that metal cage thing like a Ducati :) but serious good choice , I actually would like to find one in Houston to see it.
This guy tried to say the egr goes into the crank….. and it’s filtered. The egr takes exhaust and crank gasses and injects it back into the original intake. The pcv and egr system both go away from the engine and exhaust and into the intake and usually have one way systems to ensure this.
Heay Caesar, I am thinking about buying a LIfan KP 150 and wanted to know if it is Reliable? Any problem you encountered over the years? Is LIfan better quality than the Venom Kp 150 or Condor 150? Thanks
Lifan is a sister company to Honda so yes its better than the Condor & the Venom KP is the Lifan Venom is just the name of the company that sells them venommotorsports
@@SmallEngineVelocity The nibbis look cool but they don't look compatable. They don't have that two screw bracket to connect to block. Am I missing something?
Don’t get rid of the crank case brother just leave the filters on it. The egr is no longer connected to your intake there it no longer recirculates unspent fuel and what not. You need the crankcase and valve cover pcv to breathe and the egr now dumps to atmosphere through your mini pod filter. Use google and forums or as mechanics before ya guess and make stuff up. You aren’t dumb bro
Thinking about getting one but really wanted a Hawk. 35 inch seat height for my first bike seems to tall for me at 5'5'' though. I've been checking out the Hawk Magician KP and the Spade. Kinda looking for on and off road any suggestions. Thanks
My friend has a CSC TT250 and I’m 5”6’. I rode it home for him but the bike has an adjustable rear shock and it was lowered. It rode really nice and it’s similar to the hawk but has a counter balance in the motor (I think). You automatically fit on the KP Mini and the spade is cool because it’s fuel injected. Magician I’m not a fan of but I’ve seen people on chinariders.net do beautiful things with it. Try to find as many as you can around you to sit on but off road the hawk is a great deal.
The Hawk will fit the (light) off-road bill nicely, but you will want to watch Motocheez's videos AND join chinariders.net information. Will be tall for you, but once you get used to a tall enduro bike, they are not intimidating (I am 5' 7" so just a tad bit taller than you, but have owned a DR250s, and a few Chinese enduros. Caesar mentions he thinks the KP will handle off-road as well, and you have his videos but not much else to go on, but I am intrigued by them being a bike that kind of out-Groms the Grom. The Magician's only real achilles' heel is its small gas tank, but the engine is identical to the Hawk, so you have a lot of resources. It is lighter and has a more street-oriented gearing than its 'brother' the Hawk. One guy on Chinariders (not a Chinese bike per se, but there are other bike areas on the site) started a thread on his Spade and has been customizing his and loving it. He was considering other bikes when he went to a bike show near him, and ultimately chose it over the KP and the Razkull, and others. One concern if I remember was being too tall/old for a mini, and he felt the Spade fit the bill nicely, although costlier than the others. (I just realized since I am using my wife's computer, her handle came up--this is 'Culcune' LOL)
Do you still have the bike? If so have you had any problems you had to fix? Has the bike been reliable to you? How many miles do you have on the bike? I want one of these bikes but trying to figure out if it's reliable
Manuel Ortega two weeks I go to Texotic and they will install it and also do the rejet with me. I am actually going to make the video there with them. They have lifts and most important AC when it gets works on.

? So can I leave it open or do I put something on it?
I have a Razkull and almost bought the KP. I feel like I need the KP also after watching some of your videos.

I added an oval shaped pod filter right to the back of the carb last night fits great , I didnt even have to remove the airbox just the rubber hose .
If you mounted an air filter onto the existing air box in tact then you only restricted air flow more
You need to reset for intake or exhaust a tiny bit especially on a Chinese carb.

Lifan vs Grom? I'm in the market for one but on the fence. Lifan is bigger cc and 5 speed I know. But lifan parts and support vs Grom?
How do I remove the crank case cover? Can u do a video?
Do you know what size idle jet you put in after you delete air box I don’t even know the stock idle jet size
I want to do a cone filter, larger carb (maybe 27mm) or rejet and exhaust. Do you have a link for your rejet and exhaust video? Thanks.

Where did you get your K&N filter and what size?
was this with the stock carb?
Does it start up any better with airbox delete?
What did you do with the smaller hose towards the bottom?
I just purchased a KP mini it’s getting dropped off 11/5/19
What size was the other smaller filter you used?
How does it run with the delete? I was thinking of doing same thing and throwing a mikuni carb on it since I can't find a pilot jet for the sheng wey.
I’ve seen the mikuni and the NIBI
The nibi seemed cooler. I haven’t done a carb replacement yet
The air box delete and it runs great

I had one KP Mini rides put one on but had to trim some plastics

i got same bike....changed carb for one off ebay it runs but when u give it full throttle it boggs down...what would this be?

BUT - The Lifan KP Mini @ 5'5" would be a perfect fit and ride winderful!
That's something I've thought about how do you think it would handle some duel sport tires and 40 miles one way of rough dirt road on occasion.
mountainman it would perform well and I’m sure that’s what it was made for. The Hawk is in my list of bikes to get.

I just bought one with 2,200 miles from the original owner. Runs good still and hasn’t had any issues. Shifts and runs way better then my grom clone.
Is it the same size or smaller than a clone?@@Lightningmicro
What did u do with the bottom hose u left open without a air filter hooked on
let me review the video , if you can give me a time code in the video would help. Im pretty sure i got all the hoses that needed a filter setup.
@@SmallEngineVelocity ok
@@SmallEngineVelocity its has efi or something on it what its connected to under where u put the small air filter beather

Did you talk to my friend about an exhaust? (Haha--using my wife's computer, hence her handle--this is 'Culcune')
I decided to go with the dealer because they will also rejet the carb for the price :)
how did you get a hat lol
Manuel Ortega my dealer :) want one ? Maybe I can figure out how to sell them or maybe a give away :)
I'm going to ask my dealer about hats lol and you order a exhaust already? still waiting on mines

nice I'm still waiting on mine I just did the air box delete also 👍
You did what I did?
