I have roller rockers and a cam for this engine

Upgraded, was able to find them for the lifan style engines. Judging that it's a close copy to a crf230 and 150, it can be upgraded to a larger bore,and using a mikuni vm26 carb would net really good results
Been waiting for someone to figure out what fits this motor for a BBK.
@@SmallEngineVelocity look up loncin 250cc engine on google. You'll notice the head is different. Thats an overhead cam engine with the exact bolt pattern to bolt onto the the frame. This is the route I'd go for.as it opens up possibilities for more engine mods while also being larger displacement.

Love the new goodies. Very happy this all worked out for you. No baffle will probably wear on you at higher speeds but I love it.
I rode the freeway for 20 min and I can tell that I would get tired of that low droning sound. Right now I feel like a Ducati!

looks like your top bolts of airbox rattled out as well. I have another question lol... what jetting kit did you use that fit the sheng wey?
Do you know what size jet the 150 Lifan comes with? Sometimes the don’t put a number on there cheaper jets

Yea my neighbors don't like the ruckus exhaust so this is gonna me much worse for them. I start the bike and go to the end of the street to warm up. Wait! How do you now what neighborhood I live it! lol

I had a KPR200 red, it was an excellent starting bike, before buying my new Yamaha R6 2018. I'm planning to buy that Lifan mimi 150 for learning on track, same type of modifications, foot-peg, gear lever inverted, exhaust, jetting carb, lighter air filter, perfect for a kartdrome, learning to ride with knees on the ground, safely, and also as commuting bike, because my R6 in traffic is heavy, and tiring for the sport riding position. Keep me updated with aftermarket parts.
To track the KP mini you need the aftermarket rear set. It’s riding positing is more uptight and I drove it 100 miles of freeway to Galveston Texas and it was great

Did your carb come with screws on the bottom bowl? Mine just have rivits
You can slat them , and take them out - they are screws , just no + or - in the top of them

honestly i'm googling "kp moto club" to get the lifan aftermarket parts and can't fckn find what I'm looking for. These bikes are more popular than you first think and it's baffling i can't find parts on google.
@@ForTheOmnissiah I contacted Lifan directly in an email and they told me to find a dealer in America to get parts.
I still haven't found a brick and mortar dealer lol
@@wolfweyr4990 I luckily have a Lifan dealer in my town. It isn't Lifan specific, but that's the primary brand they sell and they push all people to buy one of them, so they're an officially licensed Lifan dealer and they did say I can get repairs/parts from them. I don't know if that means after-market "cosmetic" parts like is seen in the video or not. Haven't asked them yet.

I left the front stock and changed the back to 35t from 37t. I am going to play with some front sprockets this summer.

Hi, I have a dilemma. I'm buying this motorcycle or the Benelli TNT 135. Which one do you think is better?
That is a dilemma, because that’s a pretty sweet bike. Since I have not ridden both I suggest you go back on my channel and watch some of my good and bad videos on the Lifan KP Mini. The one thing I know is that the TNT135 is getting much more attention than the Lifan but they both have a very dry aftermarket. Lifan has is quarks, wish there was more videos on the TNT 135.
Ceaser, Can you tell what jet package you used for the carburetor. I'm have a little trouble with mine. So, if you could help I would appreciate it!!

Good question: They are suppose to be provided for sale from your American Lifan dealer. So far the only aftermarket parts made are the KP-MOTO CLUB parts (Made by Lifan). The steam has not built up as much as I would like it to have been. So , right now email sales@americanlifan.com or I can hook you up with my Lifan dealer and you can purchase them over the phone. Sorry I could not easily just send you to a site to buy them.
Amazon and ebay has the kp club parts prices are sky high but I expect someone else to soon cnc the rear seats and make a clone exhaust system well I hope soon bc I ain't paying those prices

@@BluuSkyz i can agree but if you look at the quality of the build its wonderful. Compared to 400-500 ruckus exhausts its just as good and really adds power.

Actually Texotic did my carb rejet when it was in the shop for me. It make a huge difference

There are pluses and minuses PRO: 150cc 5 speed vertical motor and very well built. 2 year Warranty and fast CON: carbureted and small aftermarket (so far)
