This man's stories are amazing to pass the time, if I ever get bored I can just watch his stories, and it's a video not a videogame too so I can watch it on phones too, I'll dread the day when he runs out of stories
If Jeff Kinney does not do anymore diary of wimpy kid titles for horchata to give us more stories of Walmart, I will personally go up to him and make him do more
No joke. Today was my first day working at a Walmart… I finished the orientation on the computer and asked somebody (who I was told would help me out - like a manager or shift supervisor) what to do. He just said, “Oh you finished the assignments!? You’re ready to start working the floor.” It went from watching videos about active shooters, and reading manuals, to working the floor, on day one. The training there is next to nothing. Luckily the job seems to be as well.
I feel like this would be the first episode of a tv series and the end of the first episode is the end of this video when he says "Welcome to Walmart."
I had the exact same experience taking part time job at Office Depot. The pay was good, my coworkers sucked. I had a daytime job. This was to be my bs job for the money. I mean they rarely did anything, and where I came from. I am like the energizer bunny. 3 months of this, I was glad I was injured at my primary job. Reason to stop working here. Only good part was payday every Friday. So every other Friday was like winning the lottery. Primary job paid by monthly
Random guy: Throws loaf of bread at someone Store manager: Take it outside!! Take it outside!! Random guy: I was just trying to give him a knuckle sandwich, geez 🙄
Man sounds like this guy got more training than I did. When I got trained for a cashier the person that trained me felt like the job was beneath her. I basically had to shadow this person for like you know the standard 3 days and she would just complain to me on how she shouldn't have to train me, how she shouldn't have to do this she's been here for 50 years blah blah. She even tried to dump me off on somebody else so that she could go take her lunch in peace but I was supposed to Shadow her so when she saw me clocking out for my lunch she walks up to me and she's like "what are you doing here?" I explained to her that I was told to go on my lunch by the manager because she was on her lunch so I have to be where she is and she was so mad she couldn't even finish a sentence. in short 3 days learned absolutely nothing the only thing the only time I did learn anything was when another person took over training and that was for only a few hours. literally right after those 3 days my manager walks up to me and is all happy and bright-eyed and bushy-tailed and was like "well I hope you're ready to go on your own register today." now I looked at him like you can't be serious and he responds that he's entirely serious I told him that I haven't learned anything he's like "what do you mean? I've been watching you, you've been you've been standing here for 3 Days haven't you learned anything? I'm like standing here does not mean that I've learned anything you really want somebody who hasn't learned anything yet on how to use the register to be in charge of money, to handle money? I really don't feel confident enough to that yet. he gets all mad and he's like "well I guess I can give you two more days of training" I was put on for somebody else for those two days of training learned almost barely the essentials and then was a cashier officially. but since I had 5 days of training I naturally should have known how to do everything I barely knew half the combinations that I would have needed for a daily use of running the cash register in short I was a cashier for not even a week I made a simple mistake and cost the store $150 because of my error and when I told them this is why I was not ready I was then shoved on the doors for the temperature of my stay. Idc I I'm a day away from being homeless I will never go bk to Walmart.
You're the story King and I seen a lot of Walmart drugs but yours has to be the one and only best-of-the-best like you deserve Oscar the all the acting that you made progress🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
