      Sometimes the use of a pic or a small flathead screwdriver can do the trick. They are quite tricky to get undone the first time!

  • @mikeblaszczak5346
    @mikeblaszczak5346 ปีที่แล้ว +3

    I laughed at 6:05. These connectors are buried between a support bar and a couple other modules, plus the plastic trim. I had to take off the U-shaped trim under the steering column before I could see them, and even then it was very difficult to get them undone and out. It seems impossible that anyone could pull them out so easily.
    I'm going to go ice down my shoulder.

    • @extremeterrain

      You shouldn't have to re-marry it if you've already installed it and programmed your Jeep with it. If you un-married the device and returned everything back to stock you would have to then re-marry it. However, that's usually not the case!

    Buyer beware if you install in a diesel Wrangler. 4 visits to dealer to clear engine codes and major loss of power. Zautomotive would not reimburse or help with any refund or back up their product. Might work fine on other non diesel vehicles but buyer beware if your thinking about installing one in your JL/JTdiesel.

    This is the most misleading BS video ever. There is a reason she starts with it already unplugged. You have to be super tiny, a contortionist, or both to get all the way up to those plugs. If you are a normal person you need to take the kick plate off (see wayalife video.) After that it’s not bad.
