What is the flag symbol in the key signature. Can't seem to find the info on the symbol

This is the symbol we use for the quarter flat in Persian music notation. It's called "koron" in Farsi. For quarter sharp we use another symbol which is called "sori".

It's a Persian sub mode of Dastgah Homayoun. This sub mode could be called Shushtari. It's somewhat similar in intervals to maqam Hijaz, but the E quarter flat and F# is a little different than maqam Hijaz.
