The cat story cracked me up. My dog is super sweet & craves attention but man if you wake her she is next level psycho. Always listen to the owner. I'll never understand why people don't understand that people & animals have boundaries.
My cat is the same as your dog. If she doesn't know you, the consequences of picking her up are on your own head (or rather more accurately, your arm), especially if you wake her up.
My cat is the same she will be all sweet and friendly and loving but if she doesn't know you and you have bare feet watch out she will attack your feet without warning it happened to my old neighbor who hated animals and she was visiting my aunt and my cat hated her every chance she got she would attack her.
you gotta be careful with interactions like this. i am surprised they didnt demand the cat be put down. i know some people that did this. it was THEIR cat too, the kids kept harassing it and it would hide from them all it could so when it finally had enough and scratched the kid. they had it put down. instead of teaching the kids to respect animals. they dont like me or my daughter because we told them to teach their kids rather than treat animals like toys.

Story 2: I had the similar issue with someone. I had a friend over for a few days, and when she got here I told her she can pet the cat, but do NOT pick her up or hold her. I went to work and came home to her with scratch marks down both sides of her face. She decided to not listen to my warning and picked up and held the cat tight. She attacked, like I knew she would. ONLY I can pick her up and hold her. Anyone else gets attacked. Even at 17 she still is like this. My minor daughter is smart enough to listen when I tell her not to pick the cat up. She pets the cat all the time, but never picks the cat up. Now the cat lays on her lap, but if my daughter tries to hug her she bolts. If she can get away she doesn't resort to attacking.
I'd gladly take some scratches to pick up and snuggle a cat for a few seconds. That's just the cost of snuggles sometimes, lol. I wouldn't do it to someone else's cat though if they ask me not to because that's rude to the owner, and you never know what the cat's condition is like. For all you know the cat could freak out and hurt itself trying to get away from you. Just not a good idea.
@@DoctorOaks My cat would hurt herself and everyone close enough! Seems her plan is if she goes everyone else goes with her. Once free you won't see her for days. I always warn people about picking her up, because I am afraid someone might take me to court and I have to put her down for their stupidity and it stresses her out bad. At 18 she can't handle the stress anymore.
Please give you cat lots of pets for us! That seems like normal cat behaviour, but my cat was the chillest cat ever, once when i was a kid, i put her in a bucket of water and she just jumped out, and ran away, no scratches, just bolted. I miss her...

Last story, pretty sure it was Karen who had an issue with the cats and was lying about others complaining plus the cats attacking other animals. And like a Karen she thought she outsmarted op but the joke was on her. It was actually a good thing it was built while she was gone otherwise she would tried to stop it being built. She knows it's not a violation she's just mad she was beaten at her own game. Not surprised that she tried to threaten to redo the lease and try to say op forged her signature when clearly she signed it. Haha, op had yet again outsmarted Karen by pointing out the surveillance cameras and his insurance has a copy. She was probably trying to attack op and not surprised that threatened lawsuit because she's a sore loser. Haha, thanks to a neighbor Karen was out done again and no leg to stand on. Knew it was the Karen that was hating on op's cats. At least they were forced to leave probably because they attacked some of the other residents for following op. The cat story just reminded me of one. My mom had a cat, Socks, who didn't really like people. My nephew, Preston (I can't remember how old) decided he wanted to play with Socks and tried to pull her out from under the bed. When he didn't come back outside, his mother went in to find him. He was in the bathroom, and Socks was sitting outside the bathroom growling at him. Later on, when his mother (my sister) was walking to the bathroom, Socks reached out and smacked her in the leg. Socks knew she was the one who brought Preston to the house. Socks didn't forget! It took Preston a long time to get Socks to let him pet her.
Growing up, we had a cat named Wolverine (not named after the character, named after the wild animal because she would get violent without warning, like she would rub up against you, but then rip your arm off if you touched her. She loved my brother Aaron more than anyone, she didn't hurt him. To everyone else she was a psycho.

When I was a kid I had a calico who would throw paws for pretty much anything and she hated just about everyone except me and my dad, one day she was sleeping on my dad's stomach when an entitled niece decided she was going to pick her up, as soon as she woke her up she went full on psycho. After she was done nearly destroying my niece she crawled back on my dad's stomach and went back to sleep. Moral of the story: Don't f with cats.
Story 2: Reminds me of a cat I had that was a textbook definition of bipolar. She would swap from loving and cuddly to vicious monster if dust landed on her. She and one of my friends had a funny interaction where she came up to him while he was over and hissed, so he hissed back. Every time he came over the same thing would happen, and they ended up having an understanding through hissing at each other. Miss that little monster sometimes

Story 3: So all of this happened because Karen hated OP's cat. OP then finds a workaround that allowed OP to keep their cat outside without breaking rules and it was enough to put Karen in her place.
Story 1: Since management stated the charge could NOT be removed without thousands of dollars being paid...then stated they could take it off for free later...that confirms fraud. Story 2: Cats...especially ones like Tara...are where the "I Don't Give A Fuck" attitude actually came from! "Fuck Around & Find Out" is also well known from Tara-like cats :) Story 3: As OP mentioned...it is way better to go with what you can do to get around what you can't do. I hope OP got their property repaired at Karen's expense for all the damage.

Someone I used to know (before I moved out of that City) had a cat he named Buzzsaw... It was a VERY well deserved name as anyone that Buzzsaw didn't like (almost everyone) that got too close (AKA within 4 feet of him in the living room or above the 3rd step to the upstairs) looked like Jason Voorhees took a dozen steel wire equipped weed eater's (string trimmer) to them in a Friday the 13th remake about 3 seconds after he got to them...and he was a VERY fast moving cat...Funnily enough, his home was only broken into twice and nothing was stolen (the crooks were too busy trying to escape a Homicidally Psychotic Demon Cat From HELL to steal anything) and after the 2nd break-in, word got around to avoid that house AT ALL COSTS... Even though he tolerated me, I ALWAYS took a catnip mouse of box of soft cat treats with me when I visited and only tried petting him when he approached me...I LIKE having my hands unshredded thank you... 😄😁😆😅😂🤣
As someone who owns 4 cats the second story is so relatable. The 2 biggest of my cats are friendly and has no problem being pet and picked up, big cuddly pacifists. The oldest hates being picked up but rarely resorts to violence. Then there’s the short haired one.. it took a year and a half for her to become comfortable with me petting her you can imagine what she’s like with strangers.. she still glare at my friends who come to my place pretty often. I usually just tell people to wait for the cats to get used to them before trying to pet them.
I had a cat that was uber territorial. She was a rescue we got from the vets. We named her Kittyzilla. Our family she loved and was loved dearly others were demon spawn and she would try to kill them 😂🤣😂

Less than 1yr old she had both front legs broken, skull fractures, her tail was so broken and damaged it had to be mostly amputated. She had burn marks all over. It also took a long time to remove all the BB gun pellets from her (over 50). It took 6 months of constant care, physical therapy, and vet visits to get her well. She had nerve damage to one side of her face so she always had teeth showing in a disapproving sneer. I always warned people due to her kittenhood trama not to mess with her. Karen statements of "All animals love me." had me heading for the first aid kit because murder mittens was about to be unleashed to prove karen wrong. She ruled the house as a 24lb queen for 20 yrs before she passed. RIP Kittyzilla.

Ok, last story made my night. I love all critters. Changing rules for thee but not for me is wrong. Knowing a little, to change the language of a lease agreement would most often require an attorney's approval. OP, I believe could have pushed this further and any damage caused by management should have been compensated for.

I’ve been getting complaints about your cats, from myself. you have to love it when somebody new moves in trying to throw their weight around only to have their nasty self-serving actions backfire and blow up in their face. for some reason people don’t like it when others use their words against them while staying within the rules. when you give somebody a contract you rote out your self with loopholes don’t get angry when people take advantage of those loopholes, get angry at yourself for having the loopholes in the contract in the first place. that narcissistic dog lady who hates cats trying to push around those people did not have to move so fast, jumping the gun does not always mean you will win the race. I had a similar story with a lady telling me I couldn't have my cats in my own house because they would walk by the window aggravating her dog whenever it got on my yard I told her the next time her dog is on my yard I'm going to go ahead and poison it 😆 she called the cops on me and I said I've never had this conversation with her and she's a crazy lady that yells at me from outside of my house gave her the biggest warning lol 😂 obviously I would never poison her dog lol

story 2 : as cat person who got regular visit from neighborhood's cats, even some good cat can bite and scratch you if their mood're sour or just on the wimp. even I got at least one bit/scratch from each cat, like I give good rub when suddenly that cat just nib at me(too hard) or i accidetally poke at their wound etc. but most of the cats knew, dont bite/scratch me or you'll miss this session for week.
In the last story about the sublime interpretation of the lease defining enclosures, I was reminded of an old racing motto. "IT ISN'T CHEATING...IT'S JUST A CREATIVE INTERPRETATION OF THE RULES."

My cat was very temperamental and was only nice to me. She would occasionally allow others to pet her back and head but when she was done she would swipe at them. I always told my friends to never ever pick her up because she would maul them. Well one day some friends were over and saw that I was carrying her around. Once I put her down a friend went to pick her up but I said not to. He did anyways and he got several large gashes on his stomach. He had scars there for a few years. I did warn him. 🤷♀

And make sure she has to pay to get that letter so we all know she had gotten it and cannot claim otherwise.
Our neighbor once had a cat called Mitzi who would hiss at everyone. She only loved our neighbor's Aunt Rose, who lived with them. When Rose died, Mitzi merely tolerated Anna, our neighbor. Nobody ever touched Mitzi, or they'd be in dire peril. Then Anna had to go to the hospital, and we cat sat Mitzi. I brought over a fishing pole toy, and Mitzi seemed to like it. Then one day Mitzi sat on my mom's lap. This wild, feral cat took a liking to my mom. She'd even let my mom pet her a little -- but no one else. Some cats are just like that -- love one person, wild, feral beasts to everyone else. Good for you, Tara.
I have a very shy kitten and unless I am holding her when we have guests she bolts, she even kinda runs from me when she sees me at first but will absolutely come running when I call her to give her food or bring her in the house
re cat: I worked as a medical RN in a prison. The warden decided there should be less cats (who controlled the pigeon and rodent population.) So these were competent hunters. Against my and his subordinates' advice, he tried to grab one, and four tore the sh*t out of his arms, neck, face, and ears. Between lacerations. blood loss, and infections, he was out a week. And never bothered the cats again. Feral Cats are MUCH more dangerous than convicted felons. I heard that Chuck Ryan, the since discredited director, had a talk with him. After you watch a cat take out and dismember and eat a pigeon, you approach feral cats with respect. You are bigger, but you could be prey. You contain Taurine, so you are probably healthy for them.
Housecats are not housecats. They are houseLIONs. And it is wise to never forget that. Also, never have your face as the first thing an angry cat can jump on or climb over. They will. And your eyes won't like it.

Tara the cat reminds me of the time my parents took a holiday and I stayed with a friends family. Coming from a farm I was excited to see the had a Ram (male sheep) and later when I was going to see the Ram my friend told me not to get close as it was a bit of a grumpy grandpa but as I’d been around sheep all my life thought I knew better. Needless to say I regretted my decision as I was flying through the air towards a concrete pad and ended up with a badly split head. I listened whenever I got words of warning from then on
Story 2, you better believe that if, even if the cat wasn't mine, some guy started walking over like they were about to hurt that cat, I would immediately snap at the guy in pure rage. I have an anger problem sometimes, mostly for injustice and I am significantly stronger when in a rage and you can tell when I'm angry if my voice drops in pitch. That guy would have to eat through a tube after I was done with him. Don't you lay your hands on a cat, especially if I love that cat, and DEFINITELY if that cat was mine, I would threaten death upon that man if I was that cousin. "You and your little shits need to stay the f*ck away from my cat or else no one will be able to identify the bodies..." Can you tell I love cats a lot...? 😅
Story 2 - I absolutely love it when pet owners warn the parents and kids to not bother their pets and the parents say to allow their rowdy kids to ‘play with them’ and then get angry when their kids get hurt by the animal when they were given ‘Full Warning’ to not let them near the said animal.
You're just a lousy parent if you think that your children should be allowed to do whatever they want because "they're just little kids" Not only will they be absolute brats that no one wants to be around, but they'll very likely grow into entitled adults that the vast majority of people can't stand.
My parents had a pair of cats that were brothers. We named them Ceaser and Gizmo. These 2 were 2 of the sweetest cats 1 if they knew you or the person you were with and 2 you made dang sure they'd been fed that day. Otherwise it was literally playing Russian roulette with 5 rounds in the gun with these 2. They each weighed in at their peak at around 20 pounds of solid muscles and sinew. Their favorite game was treeing raccoons and then killing them. Even the neighborhood pit bulls were afraid of these 2 solid black ninjas in the dark. Well here's where they became legendary in my parents neighborhood. There had been a spat of breaking and entering goings-on for a couple months. One night while my parents had decided to visit a relative in another state their house was the target. These 2 cats literally kept the burglar inside the house so afraid to move he called the police on himself to get arrested. I was called by my father as he was told the police couldn't get close to the guy as Ceaser had forced the police to withdraw after force neutering the police dog with his claws. Yeah that cat removed the balls sack and all off a German shepherd. I get there told those 2 to come here they jumped in my arms and started purring like nothing was wrong. Cop looked at me like damn.
@Deez Vidz I had warned the police dispatcher that these 2 cats were very protective of their home. If they didn't know you, they were not going to be friends with you unless someone they knew was there. The animal control officer literally knew all their tricks and not to mess with them. She literally said that they were meaner than a freaking wolverine. Yet they were as gentle as a lamb for my parents and my family. When my mom was forced to move into an assisted living apartment we tried to take them on at my house. Problem was that they found the area was to shall we say populated with other cats that caused problems with them. Why the owners of said cats were upset that their cats kept getting mauled by the brothers. So we found them a nice farmer who was able to bond with them. He was having a problem with raccoons and other things killing his poultry. The brothers had fun until they met their own demise at the age of 15. They ran into a massive boar coon that weighed 50 pounds and even though they were successful in taking it out he killed both of them in the process.
Story #2: I had a grumpy old lady cat (named Ginger, though not a ginger cat) who liked being petted well enough, but when enough was enough it was, well, enough. I had instructed a visiting nephew of her rule (she really was quite polite in her warning), when she was done she'd put her paw on your hand, if you persisted she would repeat the warning, but with a prickle. If you continued to persist, she would again put out her paw, but this time with claws fully unsheathed. If you continued in your folly you will have consequences. The nephew needed to touch the flame to be taught, and came crying to me with scratches all over his arms. Tara merely was more direct about it. "Ginger meet Tara. Tara, this is Ginger."
"Kitty!" "stop! she doesn't like to be woken up by strangers" "oh let them" "you do know its a fluff ball with knives for hands?" "it will be ok" _screams_ "how dare you let that thing hurt my kids! Ill teach it a lesson" _more screams_ _cat looking annoyed goes back to sleep_
9:07 my granddog is like this. He looks so cute and cuddly. He really is a cutie. But he only likes and trusts family. If he doesn’t know you, he will growl and bark and pull on the leash. This doesn’t dissuade most people. But we pull him away so he can’t do anything.
I hope the family with the kids and father, who got scratched up don’t have pets because they can’t take care of them. They don’t even try to understand that even four-legged animals. Need space and they’re not all friendly. I love the fact the cat got a nice reward in the evening.

I had a cat like this even I couldn't pick him up. He had been a barn cat just liked his freedom of choice.
Please give you cat lots of pets for us! That seems like normal cat behaviour, but my cat was the chillest cat ever, once when i was a kid, i put her in a bucket of water and she just jumped out, and ran away, no scratches, just bolted. I miss her...

Last story, pretty sure it was Karen who had an issue with the cats and was lying about others complaining plus the cats attacking other animals. And like a Karen she thought she outsmarted op but the joke was on her. It was actually a good thing it was built while she was gone otherwise she would tried to stop it being built. She knows it's not a violation she's just mad she was beaten at her own game. Not surprised that she tried to threaten to redo the lease and try to say op forged her signature when clearly she signed it. Haha, op had yet again outsmarted Karen by pointing out the surveillance cameras and his insurance has a copy. She was probably trying to attack op and not surprised that threatened lawsuit because she's a sore loser. Haha, thanks to a neighbor Karen was out done again and no leg to stand on. The cat story just reminded me of one. My mom had a cat, Socks, who didn't really like people. My nephew, Preston (I can't remember how old) decided he wanted to play with Socks and tried to pull her out from under the bed. When he didn't come back outside, his mother went in to find him. He was in the bathroom, and Socks was sitting outside the bathroom growling at him. Later on, when his mother (my sister) was walking to the bathroom, Socks reached out and smacked her in the leg. Socks knew she was the one who brought Preston to the house. Socks didn't forget! It took Preston a long time to get Socks to let him pet her.

Growing up, we had a cat named Wolverine (not named after the character, named after the wild animal because she would get violent without warning, like she would rub up against you, but then rip your arm off if you touched her. She loved my brother Aaron more than anyone, she didn't hurt him. To everyone else she was a psycho.

When I was a kid I had a calico who would throw paws for pretty much anything and she hated just about everyone except me and my dad, one day she was sleeping on my dad's stomach when an entitled niece decided she was going to pick her up, as soon as she woke her up she went full on psycho. After she was done nearly destroying my niece she crawled back on my dad's stomach and went back to sleep. Moral of the story: Don't f with cats.

Story 2: Reminds me of a cat I had that was a textbook definition of bipolar. She would swap from loving and cuddly to vicious monster if dust landed on her. She and one of my friends had a funny interaction where she came up to him while he was over and hissed, so he hissed back. Every time he came over the same thing would happen, and they ended up having an understanding through hissing at each other. Miss that little monster sometimes

Story 3: So all of this happened because Karen hated OP's cat. OP then finds a workaround that allowed OP to keep their cat outside without breaking rules and it was enough to put Karen in her place.
Story 1: Since management stated the charge could NOT be removed without thousands of dollars being paid...then stated they could take it off for free later...that confirms fraud.

Someone I used to know (before I moved out of that City) had a cat he named Buzzsaw...
It was a VERY well deserved name as anyone that Buzzsaw didn't like (almost everyone) that got too close (AKA within 4 feet of him in the living room or above the 3rd step to the upstairs) looked like Jason Voorhees took a dozen steel wire equipped weed eater's (string trimmer) to them in a Friday the 13th remake about 3 seconds after he got to them...and he was a VERY fast moving cat...Funnily enough, his home was only broken into twice and nothing was stolen (the crooks were too busy trying to escape a Homicidally Psychotic Demon Cat From HELL to steal anything) and after the 2nd break-in, word got around to avoid that house AT ALL COSTS...
Even though he tolerated me, I ALWAYS took a catnip mouse of box of soft cat treats with me when I visited and only tried petting him when he approached me...I LIKE having my hands unshredded thank you...

As someone who owns 4 cats the second story is so relatable. The 2 biggest of my cats are friendly and has no problem being pet and picked up, big cuddly pacifists. The oldest hates being picked up but rarely resorts to violence.
Then there’s the short haired one.. it took a year and a half for her to become comfortable with me petting her you can imagine what she’s like with strangers.. she still glare at my friends who come to my place pretty often.
I usually just tell people to wait for the cats to get used to them before trying to pet them.
I had a cat that was uber territorial. She was a rescue we got from the vets. We named her Kittyzilla. Our family she loved and was loved dearly others were demon spawn and she would try to kill them 😂🤣😂

Less than 1yr old she had both front legs broken, skull fractures, her tail was so broken and damaged it had to be mostly amputated. She had burn marks all over. It also took a long time to remove all the BB gun pellets from her (over 50). It took 6 months of constant care, physical therapy, and vet visits to get her well. She had nerve damage to one side of her face so she always had teeth showing in a disapproving sneer.
I always warned people due to her kittenhood trama not to mess with her.
Karen statements of "All animals love me." had me heading for the first aid kit because murder mittens was about to be unleashed to prove karen wrong.
She ruled the house as a 24lb queen for 20 yrs before she passed. RIP Kittyzilla.

Knowing a little, to change the language of a lease agreement would most often require an attorney's approval. OP, I believe could have pushed this further and any damage caused by management should have been compensated for.

I had a similar story with a lady telling me I couldn't have my cats in my own house because they would walk by the window aggravating her dog whenever it got on my yard I told her the next time her dog is on my yard I'm going to go ahead and poison it 😆 she called the cops on me and I said I've never had this conversation with her and she's a crazy lady that yells at me from outside of my house gave her the biggest warning lol 😂 obviously I would never poison her dog lol

story 2 : as cat person who got regular visit from neighborhood's cats, even some good cat can bite and scratch you if their mood're sour or just on the wimp.
even I got at least one bit/scratch from each cat, like I give good rub when suddenly that cat just nib at me(too hard) or i accidetally poke at their wound etc. but most of the cats knew, dont bite/scratch me or you'll miss this session for week.

My cat was very temperamental and was only nice to me. She would occasionally allow others to pet her back and head but when she was done she would swipe at them. I always told my friends to never ever pick her up because she would maul them. Well one day some friends were over and saw that I was carrying her around. Once I put her down a friend went to pick her up but I said not to. He did anyways and he got several large gashes on his stomach. He had scars there for a few years. I did warn him. 🤷♀

Story 3 : If someone did that with my door, i would have grabbed mace or deoderant, and if it escalates, spray in the eyes and call the cops. I would also send her a legal letter from a lawyer to fk go pound sand, or i'll come after her for harrasment, stalking, and breaking and entering. And make sure she has to pay to get that letter so we all know she had gotten it and cannot claim otherwise.

Our neighbor once had a cat called Mitzi who would hiss at everyone. She only loved our neighbor's Aunt Rose, who lived with them. When Rose died, Mitzi merely tolerated Anna, our neighbor. Nobody ever touched Mitzi, or they'd be in dire peril. Then Anna had to go to the hospital, and we cat sat Mitzi. I brought over a fishing pole toy, and Mitzi seemed to like it. Then one day Mitzi sat on my mom's lap. This wild, feral cat took a liking to my mom. She'd even let my mom pet her a little -- but no one else. Some cats are just like that -- love one person, wild, feral beasts to everyone else. Good for you, Tara.

I have a very shy kitten and unless I am holding her when we have guests she bolts, she even kinda runs from me when she sees me at first but will absolutely come running when I call her to give her food or bring her in the house

Against my and his subordinates' advice, he tried to grab one, and four tore the sh*t out of his arms, neck, face, and ears. Between lacerations. blood loss, and infections, he was out a week. And never bothered the cats again. Feral Cats are MUCH more dangerous than convicted felons. I heard that Chuck Ryan, the since discredited director, had a talk with him. After you watch a cat take out and dismember and eat a pigeon, you approach feral cats with respect. You are bigger, but you could be prey. You contain Taurine, so you are probably healthy for them.
Housecats are not housecats. They are houseLIONs. And it is wise to never forget that. Also, never have your face as the first thing an angry cat can jump on or climb over. They will. And your eyes won't like it.

Tara the cat reminds me of the time my parents took a holiday and I stayed with a friends family. Coming from a farm I was excited to see the had a Ram (male sheep) and later when I was going to see the Ram my friend told me not to get close as it was a bit of a grumpy grandpa but as I’d been around sheep all my life thought I knew better. Needless to say I regretted my decision as I was flying through the air towards a concrete pad and ended up with a badly split head. I listened whenever I got words of warning from then on

Story 2, you better believe that if, even if the cat wasn't mine, some guy started walking over like they were about to hurt that cat, I would immediately snap at the guy in pure rage. I have an anger problem sometimes, mostly for injustice and I am significantly stronger when in a rage and you can tell when I'm angry if my voice drops in pitch. That guy would have to eat through a tube after I was done with him. Don't you lay your hands on a cat, especially if I love that cat, and DEFINITELY if that cat was mine, I would threaten death upon that man if I was that cousin. Story 2 - I absolutely love it when pet owners warn the parents and kids to not bother their pets and the parents say to allow their rowdy kids to ‘play with them’ and then get angry when their kids get hurt by the animal when they were given ‘Full Warning’ to not let them near the said animal.

You're just a lousy parent if you think that your children should be allowed to do whatever they want because "they're just little kids" Not only will they be absolute brats that no one wants to be around, but they'll very likely grow into entitled adults that the vast majority of people can't stand.
My parents had a pair of cats that were brothers. We named them Ceaser and Gizmo. These 2 were 2 of the sweetest cats 1 if they knew you or the person you were with and 2 you made dang sure they'd been fed that day. Otherwise it was literally playing Russian roulette with 5 rounds in the gun with these 2. They each weighed in at their peak at around 20 pounds of solid muscles and sinew. Their favorite game was treeing raccoons and then killing them. Even the neighborhood pit bulls were afraid of these 2 solid black ninjas in the dark.
Well here's where they became legendary in my parents neighborhood. There had been a spat of breaking and entering goings-on for a couple months. One night while my parents had decided to visit a relative in another state their house was the target. These 2 cats literally kept the burglar inside the house so afraid to move he called the police on himself to get arrested. I was called by my father as he was told the police couldn't get close to the guy as Ceaser had forced the police to withdraw after force neutering the police dog with his claws. Yeah that cat removed the balls sack and all off a German shepherd. I get there told those 2 to come here they jumped in my arms and started purring like nothing was wrong. Cop looked at me like damn.

@Deez Vidz I had warned the police dispatcher that these 2 cats were very protective of their home. If they didn't know you, they were not going to be friends with you unless someone they knew was there. The animal control officer literally knew all their tricks and not to mess with them. She literally said that they were meaner than a freaking wolverine. Yet they were as gentle as a lamb for my parents and my family. When my mom was forced to move into an assisted living apartment we tried to take them on at my house. Problem was that they found the area was to shall we say populated with other cats that caused problems with them. Why the owners of said cats were upset that their cats kept getting mauled by the brothers. So we found them a nice farmer who was able to bond with them. He was having a problem with raccoons and other things killing his poultry. The brothers had fun until they met their own demise at the age of 15. They ran into a massive boar coon that weighed 50 pounds and even though they were successful in taking it out he killed both of them in the process.
Story #2: I had a grumpy old lady cat (named Ginger, though not a ginger cat) who liked being petted well enough, but when enough was enough it was, well, enough.
I had instructed a visiting nephew of her rule (she really was quite polite in her warning), when she was done she'd put her paw on your hand, if you persisted she would repeat the warning, but with a prickle. If you continued to persist, she would again put out her paw, but this time with claws fully unsheathed. If you continued in your folly you will have consequences.
The nephew needed to touch the flame to be taught, and came crying to me with scratches all over his arms.
Tara merely was more direct about it.
"Ginger meet Tara. Tara, this is Ginger."
If you destroy someone's property and get injured in the process, you can actually sue them for it.

9:07 my granddog is like this. He looks so cute and cuddly. He really is a cutie. But he only likes and trusts family. If he doesn’t know you, he will growl and bark and pull on the leash. This doesn’t dissuade most people. But we pull him away so he can’t do anything.
I hope the family with the kids and father, who got scratched up don’t have pets because they can’t take care of them. They don’t even try to understand that even four-legged animals. Need space and they’re not all friendly. I love the fact the cat got a nice reward in the evening.
