As a recovered vegan, I can attest at how increasing my protein, and changing to an animal based diet, changed my body composition, hormones, helped my anxiety and mental health, my hair skin and nails improved.. I can go on an on. I was vegetarian/ vegan from age 12 to into my 20s. Now approaching 40 I’m in the best health and shape of my life. I’m happy to hear about the public starting to wake up

I've recently started a high protein, moderate fats, and low carb life style. Honestly, it has changed my life completely. I'm no longer hungry during the day, and especially at night. I'm no longer getting up in the middle of the night looking for food to eat. I'm not looking back on any other way to eat.

I’ll tell y’all what… after listening to this podcast that’s packed with facts & science on how to build & recomp your body, it is VERY difficult to listen to other podcasts that are loosely based on opinions and trends. I can’t even listen to the message they are trying to send & have to turn it off because I know that none of it actually works. I’ve just recently begun lifting weights (started Dec 4) & did not have a clue what I was doing.. so lost. I found this podcast & am SO happy with the changes in my body so far. I’m strength training & on a program. It’s Feb 9, & I’ve lost 14 pounds. This month, I am really focusing on protein intake & purchased a scale for my kitchen. I am ready to amp this thing UP. Thank yall so much.

My sister, who is 15 years older and me was living the plants based, low peotein diet. Her mindset was based off government propaganda to push the food permid as a way of portion eating. She finally changed her diet to increase her protein intake! Not only has she dropped weight, but food cravings have significantly decreased. Thanks for continuing to publish your contexts. I’ve never made so much progress until I started being more aware of my protein intake. This is exactly the problem. People take whatever is told to them as the truth as if that specific thing is the only thing that would influence their stance on it. Do what’s best for YOU. Not what people tell you is best for you based on an alternate agenda.

On the dog/human cloning argument, nature vs nurture plays a significant role. Even if you had the same exact copy you could never perfectly replicate its upbringing including factors like environment, technological advances, or personal interactions. You might get the same dog physically, but there is no way you could raise that dog in the exact same way you did the first time and therefore his/her personality, mannerisms, fears, etc could all be different. You may get the same dna when cloning but you will never get the same result.

Hi I’m a 60 year old mom of 2 (my kids are 20 and 16 - I was lucky to easily have my children at 39 and 43
I want to Thankyou for your podcast
I’m a former gymnast and elite cyclist when I was younger i incorporated strength training but as I got older i would add it in periods of time but unfortunately I focused on lots of cycling. It became harder to stay trim just riding the bike - things got away and after menopause I am about 30lbs overweight!
IN MAY I tore my hamstring from my ischial tuberosity and had surgery to repair it - it’s been a rough recovery but now I’m 7 months post op and I had a great PT who got me back in the weight room lifting heavy!!!
Coming across your podcast has helped me clear up my diet. I still have a lot of work to do. I’ve increased my protein, but get very bored with it. I feel like I’m making some gains. I can see some progress and reshaping of my body and have added some muscle! Still I struggle with my apple shape “belly fat”😢 My focus is now my gym time but still riding as I hope to do some racing at the end of the summer - I feel much better but everyday I have to stretch and do mobility to get this old lady engine running! 😂 anyway thanks again and BTW - I can bench 95lbs for 6-8 reps!! - is that good?

Check out the This American Life episode about the guy who cloned his pet bull. It ended in tragedy. The cloned pet only looks like the original, but they're not the same "person".

Going after home gardening is so low. I even believe them scientifically, but I’m sure it’s null in the grand scheme of things and there are a million other things they could be going after

Carnivore 43 days. 126lb, 7%bf if you trust smart scales. Was eating 3000 calories and 300g prot in Jan. Now body craves up to 4700 calories and 400g of protein, 300g fat.
Cold plunge, 14m cardio, 20m workout, 15m sauna, red lights, wim hof, nsdr all daily. Work on foot 5-6d/w.
    I'm surprised with my appetite!

I usually have almost 0 carbs. But today at 6pm I did a carb protein shake instead of dinner because I was already at 3500 calories. Is it possible that carbs triggered this random hunger, or do I have quick metabolism now?

Excellent episode today, open dialog or definitely hitting all my preferred topics 😎✔️
What sal was proposing for future cities catered to the obese population, not to be using vehicles so they can walk more , etc.
Is what the unholy WEF dubs "15 Minute City's"
However, their aim is not coming from a general health and wellness aspect.
What Adam mentioned that's happening in Saudi Arabia, it's called The Line . Basically an extremely enormous long building cutting through the desert.
It's being dug out as we speak right now. there's aerial photos of it. Looks like a mini Grand Canyon.
There's a mockup advertising commercial video floating around now.
    Pretty intense 😳
Basically it's an overgrown shopping mall meets a prison.
    Deff worth searching for.

I wish years ago someone had told me increase my protein.. all I’ve ever heard was cut cal, carbs or fat for fat loss … I thought I ate pretty good Amt until I actually counted grams… 2 eggs and bacon is like only 18g.. I guarantee u most women don’t even eat that.. my poor mom had osteoporosis and sarcopenia so bad and I couldn’t get her to eat more protein … it’s what repairs everything in our body not just building muscle
