Great cues as always. Keeping that tension made a huge impact on hamstring growth for me. Even just at home using a damn dumbell between my feet for hammy curls. The concept works regardless of machine or free weights. Thank you Mike

Lying ham curl - my gym is a completely flat bench, not angled. So would assume you don't need to have that "push up" from the arms and swinging as the arch is created as the bench is flat?
When I'm on a less angled one, I just move my body a bit less but the same way and still have the same concept in my head. You can also put a pad under your hips to "create" a bit more angle
