You should try either their second album, pinkerton or the white album from 2016. Pinkerton is heavier and raw has weird emo song topics, and the white album sounds like the blue album with slightly poppier production and summer vibes
Ooooh thank you for the suggestion! I’ve heard a lot of good things about Pinkerton but not much about the White Album so I’ll be sure to check it out 🥰
Loved the video! This is such a great album, it was fun hearing your thoughts and first impressions of it. Undone is probably my favorite on this record, I love the imagery they use with the lyrics. Hearing you compare it to Marilyn Manson makes me really want to check out Mechanical Animals. And I also agree that the instrumentals are so well done across this album, such a clear tone to them. If these are videos you enjoy making then definitely keep going with the reactions! I'd put my vote in for Korn (self-titled), Slipknot (self-titled), or any Deftones album if you haven't heard them yet :)
Never heard any music from Weezer before and not really my kind of music, but this album was well made and I enjoyed it! I gave it 4/5, '...World has turned...' and the last song are my favourites. I liked the video, keep it going!
Their best album. I will do a 30 anniversary video for this with my friend Mary aka Señorita Sabrosura. You wont get the bassline of In dreams out of your head 😂
This album is a staple of the 90s. Lots of early fans despise the later albums as they may have turned "generic" as you say. But this one always has a special place in my heart

just a suggestion , turn up the volume of the music so that we can hear the album with you and it might be a way for the viewer to discover new music too. As it is the music is a bit too low compared to your voice and it's hard to hear it unless I blast my speakers at maximum volume. Other than that great series! looking forward to the next one!
I have some great memories of this album from my college years. Wasn’t really my kind of music, but a few good friends of mine loved them and I associate it with good times.
@@chadboutilier2649you are referring to Matt Sharp, who was the bassist. The guitarist, Brian Bell, has a band called The Relationship. They r both cool

Ah thank you!!
Only in Dreams is still my favorite song of all time. I was 14 when this album came out. I felt this song in my bones.

Also, the guitarist of this band started his own project called ‘The Rentals’ which had some cool songs.

Pinkerton.
Weezer is rock, not emo
they have emo songs
No they don’t, google literally says that they’re rock, not emo
As a black person, I genuinely like Weezer. I don't believe the racism of their past at all.
Oh no, do they have a racist past?! 😭
