@@obijuankenobi420 Cylinder #7 being turned off is prone to get stuck when dropping down to 4 cylinders due AFM. They do sell AFM disablers that actually works

At first I was hesitant about the black headlights over stock but it works and is different/better

I agree with all you said but you also must get an AFM delete. It keeps the engine from going from 8 to 4 cylinders

Buy the stickers for your temp settings buttons so they don't look all torn up I just did that makes a crazy difference in the dash look

then tap to any gear I use 4 or 5
it will always be in V8 mode!

I did a 2 inch lift with rancho shocks and 2 inch rear spacer. The rancho shocks were the worst shocks ever and had to send a whole set back and get replacements and they didn't do that right. It took almost 2 months to get it straight with customer service and they was'nt much better either. Adjusting the shocks just went from a terrible ride to a terrible boucy ride. The 2 inch lift did make the 2010 denali look incrediable, however what you will get is a uncomfortable lean when making turns. I had the Rancho shocks for a little over a year and had to replace them because they were shot, i could push them in with my hands and you'd hear a gurgling sound.
My homeboy got the rough country 3 inch lift and he like it and it rides good but you could also look into maxtrac

#1 torque converter upgrade to a billet unit, but only if you have a heavy foot or tow. The 6L80 tends to grenade as early as 90k miles if not taken care of. I change my transmission oil every 30k to prevent that from happening.
#2 afm.
If you buy a used gmt900 with 100k miles or more without a concrete service record, i would recommend both.
What stall would you recommend and what brand and delete would you also recommend?
@bigreesetv it all depends on what you want to use your truck for. I personally went to a 1800-2000 stall. As for delete kit, texas-speed, or detroitspeed make very good kits. As for camshaft, I would recommend the BTR Truck Norris cam if you want great low and mid range torque, but dont get me wrong. It has nice gains all across the board!
Chrome is still on the list just after the new long tube headers that is for cam and lifter upgrades to get a design flow out of my engine based on his own truck with a addition of a 07 Denali rear step that will come with a Chrome strip my dual exhaust system was the first to be swamped and my. Tahoe was a police chase vehicle for the FL highway patrol so it was already faster and lowered by the factory and I have added a 3rd row
Leather seats set from a suburban my truck came with a rebuilt 6l80 and the rear. So I was lucky enough to have the normal issues taken care of and the entire time was fleet maintenance by local shop not the same place as the state vehicles in my carfax it shows the oil changes and any other items that have been changed and the mileage at the time oh I almost forgot that rebuilt 6l80 was updated with all billet converter because they are the main source of what the issue is with the 6l80 that the torque converter will come apart and the transmission is not the issue that has ppl thinking it is something that you can use stop slip to fix when it gets you to notice that you stop driving and replace your converter
I got all except lights on my Tahoe. I like the stock headlights, especially when they are new

On the inside of the headlight there are 5 bulbs that I imagine are day time running. But the wires are there not tied in.. are yours? Looking for the image
No mines are plug and play now but for distance I wouldn’t recommend the ones I got

Thought about selling mine, but might just hold on to it. Already went through an engine overhaul and AFM delete a few years ago. New headlights, tail light, delete my cat since im sure its on its last leg. Then interior work.

What overhaul work did you to do the engine?
@@khaosol pretty much replaced or cleaned up all of the components of the engine. Cam was in really good shape. Looks like it was replaced not too long ago by the previous owner. I had my mechanic check the piston rings as this was the best time to go ahead and inspect. They were fine so we left that as is. Heads got resurfaced by a machine shop. Obviously new head gaskets, new lifters, valves, and push rods. I also modified the vlom to block the oil passage for cylinder deactivation. You could just buy a new one or I think you can put one from an 06 and down. ECU tune to delete AFM. And engine has been running solid since. I'm about to hit year 5 since I got all that work done.

6. Customize the grill. I got a 08 Yukon and blacked out my Denali grill. Goes well if you’re doing a chrome delete. Mine is black too
I had a black one but I change it to the Denali chrome one
the upper trip lip on the hood is a pain to find on its own, def buy it as part of a kit otherwise it looks silly or you have to paint it which well never look perfect.
I bought the grill and lower grill trim without the logo and I should have spend the extra $125 for the kit that included that piece. Ended up buying one later on ebay for $130.

I’ve been looking forever for a video talking about missing out this model Yukon. I recently did. My head lights in July, and I’m looking forward to finding some tail lights. I would get the same tail lights but I also feel like too many people have these. I’m looking into a putting a black grill on my Yukon. It’s gold/tan for a better imagine in mind. I want to get rid of the Red Logo and put a black one like you have on the back as well. And lastly exhaust as well. I cannot find the right exhaust. I’ve looked all over Car ID and google for exhaust kits, but not really sure what I would personally want to do.
Me personally I like the no muffler but keep the cats on
