Alexander A. The best advice anyone here can give you is to enjoy it, it’s a nice luxurious car for its age, it still turns heads, not a whole lot of’em out there and looks great. Just enjoy it and get you some nice wheels if you can.
i love the sound. i have an RL too. i re-badged it to a Legend. i hate how it has absolutely no low end power at all. im constantly getting on the gas because nothing happens until 4.5k
Not an issue for us first Gen RL owners. The VTEC J35 was introduced to these cars to conserve gas and to provide a bigger HP/TQ number on paper. First Gen RL has max torque from 2,500rpms all the way up, C35A engine was the better of the two imo despite the considerable mpg difference.
U had a lil hick up.....But I still love the video. I've watched it probably 20 times. I have a cosmo R CAI coming tomorrow for my 03 Subaru outback and looking forward to it. Thanks for the clip.
Many things to do first. J pipe and the rest of the exhaust. Did an AC delete way better results than so mods. Not the car but still love it. Stock intake is better.
The orange light "i" icon means there's a check engine light, tap middle button on the lower right side of steering wheel will illuminate reason for check engine in dash information screen! I drive an 07!
The orange light "i" means that there is information about the fuel in this case. There is not enough fuel in the fueltank as you can notice there is a yellow light at the feulmeter.
I just bought a 2006 rl in Vancouver for 5500 170k a couple days ago I would say it’s worth it there rare cars to find so I would say it’s definitely worth it

Sounds good man. I have a 3.7 with only drop in k&n filter & it screams. Love the engine. Had it for bout 10 yrs & no 1 damn problem

Didn't impact the mileage that I know of. If you're driving an RL you didn't buy it for efficiency :)

Means you need air on the tires
its the general info light, in this case with the fuel light on its the bug-you-every-few-minutes-until-you-put-gas-in warning

And it has a stronger transmission then the TL so you don’t really need to worry about replacing it
