  • Hello friends! Today I show you the Old Homemade Ciabatta recipe! Ciabatta in 2 Hours - a simple and easy recipe!
    You will definitely like this Italian bread! If you've never made ciabatta before, then by all means do it!
    Ciabatta in 2 hours - very easy! Repeat after me and you will succeed!
    The main thing is to cook with joy and love!
    Ciabatta Ingredients:
    400 ml warm water.
    Let's take 100 ml of water from the total volume.
    Add 25 g fresh pressed yeast (or 8 g dry yeast).
    Add 2 tsp. Sugar (15-20 g).
    500 grams of white flour.
    You need to take 2 tablespoons of the total amount of flour.
    Mix well.
    Let rise in a warm place for 15 minutes.
    Add the rest of the water.
    Sift the flour (a total of 500 g white flour).
    Add 1.5 teaspoons of salt (10-12 g).
    I have pink Himalayan salt.
    Mix well.
    This time I kneaded the dough with a mixer.
    It took me about 7-10 minutes to complete the test.
    Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 15 minutes.
    The dough has risen well.
    Now we need to fold the dough as I show.
    Fold the dough 4-6 times.
    Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 15 minutes.

    We must repeat this process 4 times for 15 minutes.
    Each time the dough becomes more elastic and pleasant.
    Prepare a towel for shaping the dough.
    Dust the cloth well with flour.
    Sprinkle the table with flour.
    Put the dough on the table.
    Divide the dough into 6-8 parts (depending on the size of your oven).
    Form the bread as I show.
    Dust the buns with flour.
    Place the bread on a towel.
    Repeat after me.
    Cover and let rise for 15 minutes.
    Preheat the oven with baking tray to 220°C.
    Place ciabatta on parchment paper.
    Bake the first 10 minutes at 220 °C.
    Then bake for another 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 °C.
    Very nice and crusty bread!

    I am so happy I found this recipe. I'm in Louisiana where everything is Cajun and I love Ciabatta bread and the stuff they sell in the grocery store is garbage. I just finished making these buns and can't hardly wait till the spaghetti is ready. Since it just me and hubby I'm freezing the leftover that's not been eaten. Thanks again I love your channel.
