- Hello everyone! Today I baked old German bread. My grandmother taught me. I bake homemade bread every day. My grandfather showed me this bread recipe. That's easy. My children love homemade cakes. And I try to bake fresh bread regularly. How to make bread. fast and easy. Today I'm going to show you a simple recipe. Bread in 5 minutes. You will love my practical recipes. It's delicious and easy. Everyone is looking for the German recipe. My grandfather was right. Today we are preparing white bread. I don't buy bread anymore. I bake my own bread. Prepare fresh recipes with me. Helga is cooking. German recipe. How to cook? Baking bread.
White bread recipe:
50 ml warm water.
5 grams of dry yeast.
50 grams of wheat flour.
300 ml warm water.
1 tablespoon sugar.
1 teaspoon salt.
450 grams of wheat flour.
Olive oil.
Bake at 250°C (482°F) for 20 minutes. Reduce temperature and bake at 210°C
(410°F) for another 20 minutes.
The bread is ready!
What a scent!

Five minutes to mix yeast then mix with ingredients leave 20 minutes punch down rest another 20 mins kneed put in baking tin 2 hours in other words make sure you are around for a few hours.
Si es que la diferencia de sabor está en los reposos,amasar y reposar...el pan es asi

Why calling it bread in 5 minutes when you proof it for 3 hours in total and bake it 40 minutes???? Straight lie... and mixing the ingredients would come with another 20 minutes. The crust is also too hard, you should put a fire resistant bowl with hot water on the bottom of the oven. Ridiculous
What's in a name, the result is great although there's a million recipe's out there for bread. Nit picking about the description is rather bitchy don't you think?
