I hope they skip a year again with Assassin's Creed, the extra year is really noticeable. All the little details like these make it so cool and makes it worth exploring.

Every game AC took a year off. Origins isn't the only AC game being made. Normally another AC game would've released this year, but now that Origins released it gave another dev team an extra year to work on their AC game.
And since Bayek is getting a trilogy it makes me excited to see the future of the AC games

When you view the info for the "predator arrow", you follow the arrow into the red-shirt's knee. Not a headshot, not a bodyshot, the knee. Poor guy, he could have been an adventurer...

You left this out. While playing the game I found a Final Fantasy reference. In Saqqara Nome you can find a mission call “gift from the gods.” If you complete the puzzle a Final Fantasy character will come out and do some crazy stuff and fly off on a mechanical dragon. After that Bayek gets a legendary sword, shield, and Chocobo camel mount.
That quest wasn't out when this video was made. Lol that quest wouldn't even fit in this video. This video is about easter eggs, and secrets. Ubisoft literally made multiple public announcements about releasing the "Gift From the Gods" quest, so everyone knew it was coming.

The one with the wall of the north actually has a deeper thought. If you go to the map and look at the north there actually is a wall. And a fact that makes this even funnier, is, that you can read a note on the wall that says that it must be more exciting to work at the military point.
I found a rare spear in the game called Needle and it’s description reads “stick em with the pointy end”. Seems to me a reference to Arya Stark’s blade from Game of Thrones.

5:13 to save you guys some time, not only do you have to complete all 12 align the stars, you ALSO have to collect 50 silica, that can be found in the tombs you explorer. The Silica is what gets you that outfit inside the vault. The align the stars only opens that vault
"unlock" a unicorn, freaking 5 dollars...
You can also get it from the Nomads Bazaar daily quest.

You were able to pet cats (and dogs. And feed pigs and chickens and cows and turkeys) in AC 3, 4, and Rogue. It's more of a feature than an Easter Egg at the point.

When trying to align the Apis constellation, you can hear Khemu asking Bayek "what is best in life?". After Bayek's explanation, Khemu says that a friend of his (canot remember his name) says "to crush your enemies and hear the lamentation of the women". Bayek answers "we are Medjay, not barbarians". An obvious reference to Conan The Barbarian.
That's a pretty great one!
My favorite Easter egg is Bayeks blade. Aya says it was used to kill Xerxes. Long time fans will remember from the sanctuary in ACII that it was the first recorded use of the hidden blade. Bayek also has a string around his finger to activate the blade, before Altair modified it.

I found an Easter egg at a temple near the first pyramids. There's a tomb with hieroglyphics represent two characters from FFXV. Now, I'm pretty sure there are greater secrets hidden within the tomb. One of the pillars in front of it contains a strange blue crystal that can be seen using camera mode. Anyone who's good at piecing things out and would like to cooperate on this, let me know!
The Watchdogs and A.C. universe absolutely take place in the same canon. There are other Ubisoft games that do as well.

Quick tip for doing so, you need to explore a bunch of other tombs to collect little orange orbs to unlock the armor.
Yeah, about that. For you to unlock the armor, you have to collect 50 SILICA FROM OTHER TOMBS. AND SILICA IS PRETTY UNCOMMON. SO GOOD LUCK WITH THAT.

There’s an Easter Egg that references the Mummy in Dodjer’s pyramid. (Don’t know if I spelled that right). It’s the only “step” pyramid that you can enter. Imhotep was the name of Mummy in the film but he was actually loosely based on an actual Egyptian priest. He was also an architect, a healer, an alchemist, philosopher, and knew many other trades. He built many of the first pyramids which were the step pyramids that you see near the Great Pyramids he also built the Tomb of Dodjer which is the 3 layered pyramid that’s more further out. While exploring, you can find old papyri that reference Imhotep and what his progress was at the time he built that particular structure. There’s also a burial site in where Imhotep was said to be buried but the sarcophagus is opened and empty.
The special armor looks like Darth Revan from star wars the old republic.

It's possible to light tomb torches and other light sources with your hand torch by equipping the torch and standing next to the other torches and fire pits to light them. Similar to the cat petting animation.

Honestly, if Ubi wants to keep up their yearly release schedule while also maintaining quality, they should just alternate AC and Watch_Dogs titles. The most recent entries in both franchises were huge improvements over their predecessors, and since they've established that the respective universes are one and the same, they could even start telling a much grander, franchise-spanning epic than having two "connected" but isolated franchises.

I wouldn’t really call it an easter egg but i think its pretty cool, the game’s subtitle is Origins and it actually pays homage to the legit origins of the assassins creed franchise, as a lot of people already know Assassins creed started off as a Prince of Persia game where you didnt play as the prince but as his protector/his bodyguard which was obviously eventually scrapped but what is Bayek in this game? A Medjay, who were a real group of people once tasked with protecting the Pharaoh
there’s quite a lot of references to subject 17 too and altair and the fact that you see how the ceremony for committing to the brotherhood was formed, sacrificing the ring finger its all paying homage to the series’s “origins” and i love it 😊

So I have a theory that the "messenger in those weird precursor cutscenes like the one where you get the Isu armor, is Desmond Miles. While the voice is similar for one, he says "I'm talking to a lesser version of myself to do what I couldn't" or something like that. I believe this is Desmond trying to contact Layla through the animus to warn her, since in all of these scenes he wants you about "the next chapter" and that it can't be stopped, also he was once in a very similar position Layla is in now. Anyway, that's my theory.

In I think the last side mission with the poet in Alexandria, the final cutscene he says they'll write a play about "the last medjay". His assistant comes along and says, "Don't worry, we'll change the name of the play and the main villan, Ptolomy, he won't die and the show will go on while looking at the camera. Obviously this is a reference to a famous play, sadly I'm not that well educated on literature so I'm not sure witch one.

And a lot of the info you can get is a successive audio messages from Desmond to his father but that's before he died.

I kinda figured they were in the same universe when you could walk into an Skyscraper owned by Abstergo in the first watch dogs. It had TVs showing ads and the Abstergo logo all over the inside of the building. Also in Farcry 3 there was that DLC mission where you went into an underground testing facility(or something similar), if you looked around you could find folders with the Abstergo logos on them.
While i was doing "The Champion" side quest in krokodilopolis, i heard some dude chasing a girl screaming "i will get you helen of troy" and for anyone with minimal knowledge of history and mythology, helen of troy was the daughter of zues.
There's a Dark souls reference where there's a bonfire, interact with it and after reading it's description, Bayek would say, " huh, a being that praises the sun"
At Cyrene there's this guy giving a speech and he basically cites haythems last words. The order is born from a realization, we require no creed.... That was a great Easter egg
4:03 Not quite a big deal but I need to point out that there is no alligator in ACO.
Alligators are only distributed in China and North America. Historically they had larger territories but no alligator had ever co-existed with ancient Eygptian, Roman and Greeks. All these gaint aquarian reptiles in this game are actually crocodiles which belong to a different species. These two species are relative and can be easily misidentified. (lol, and I had confused them for a very long time.) Despite their similar shape their genetic tie is far more distant than the tie between us and neanderthals.
Well, simply remember that alligator exists only in China and North America. This should prevent a lot of mistakes.
There is also a Mortal Kombat reference. If you kill one of the elephant bosses with the adrenaline thing, you get an achievement called "Fatality!" And there's no way that's a coincidence

9- You can visit Wadi Al Hitan, but the video doesn’t even show a map of where it is. It does mention it being between the black desert and the white desert, though.

6- You can get a fire sword. This is not an Easter egg or a secret, and you can get one besides the one you get in the story, so the video is actually wrong. Fun fact: You can also get a few bows that are on fire.

Edit: If anyone wants an actual Easter egg, there is a shrine ‘For Ibrahim’ about 200m east of the Ra-Horakhty Mountain Top in the Black Desert. This might be a reference to Ibrahim Pasha of Egypt or one of the developers named Ibrahim.

i found a side quest titled " Are you not entertained ? " and in that quest you meat a Roman slave master training his slaves to be gladiators and the whole quest is about the most powerful gladiator he ever owned betraying him and running away , the title of the quest is a reference to a famous line from the Russel Crow movie " Gladiator " and the quest line - I think - is a reference to Spartacus
I'm pretty sure #8 was just a random small joke, because if you go to the north to the nearest guard post (which is at a wall) there's another note that says something like "Guarding this wall is so boring. I wish I was posted at that storage depot to the south, it must be far more interesting there!"
You forgot one thing, in the game there’s another Game of Thrones reference which is a rare spear called Needle, and the description of the weapon is “Stick ‘em with the pointy ends”. For those who forgot you can rewatch season 1 and there’s a scene where Jon gave Arya the sword “Needle”.
The "wall to the north" one just mentions the guard post on a wall north of the south barracks. The funny tid bit is that the north post also has a note saying it's boring and that the barracks to the South have to be more interesting.

Technically, the Far Cry games are also intertwined, since in Far Cry 3’s Lost Expedition DLC there are numerous references to 21 December 2012 and Abstergo Industries. Therefore Assassin’s Creed, WATCH_DOGS, and Far Cry are all in one interconnected universe.
You missed the ones where after you rescue this philosopher’s actors, he talks about making a new title or something for the play. He titles it My Pharaoh Lady which I believe is a reference to the movie, My Fair Lady. He also wants to make a play about the main character titled The Last of the Medjays = The last of the Mohicans(great movie btw).
There's also a spear called "Needle" with a description reading "Stick em with the pointy end!" which is another GoT ref. :)
The lions in this game are Barbary Lions, that used to roam all around North Africa, but have gone extinct within the last 100 years. They have a very 'classic' lion look that is what most people imagine when they think of lions
There is an achievement for getting to level 20 "you still need 8880" , which if u blindly add the digits u might think "its over 9000" which is quoted by vegeta in dbz, but they fudged up a digit 8880+20 is 8900. so this achievement may or may not be a reference to dragon ball.
I think the burning sword can also be another reference to Game of Thrones.
The prophecy of Azor Ahai claims that he weilds a burning sword called Lightbringer and/or Beric Dondarrion who weilds one on the show.
