Love these sounds, this is how a bass should sound! Not like 95 % of the other bass demos on YT.

Ian, it makes me happy to see how happy you are playing this. And kudos to the masterminds at Origin for creating this. ❤

All of this sounds great, but then again I don’t know if I’ve ever heard Ian sound bad

Absolutely perfect! Well done Ian and to Origin Effects for finally creating something to rival Darkglass for bassists. Different vintage flavours that will suit a wide variety of players.

This pedal is so much better than anything Darkglass has ever made, there's really no comparison. Basically comes down to an expert made analog pedal vs a digital pedal, and digital loses.

Awesome! Just purchased. I love old school tones. Can’t wait to plug it in. Now hurry up with a B-15 version and I’lll buy without hesitation. 😜

Ian - Fantastic settings and demoes for each one. This sounds fantastic and zimple. I would go with other stomps which I haven't done since the Pod HD500. I would find the caliber of stomp boxes to match the bassrig's quality of tone.
If they could do a B15 pedal, they would disrupt the multi medelers.

Anything with Ian Martin Allison in it gets a thumbs up from me. Them's the rules. I didn't write them. Also, these pedals seem pretty amazing.

Search for a Hofner 500/2 club bass ~1967. They have the toaster pickups, bigger control panel, and bound neck.

I'm not hearing a single tone that is relevant to me in this video, or in the Super Vintage version. Disappointing, but it's really a matter of the choice of instrument, technique, and music.
