This is not "easy". Certainly not in the way I, someone who is very out of shape and just starting to try and stretch and reduce some pain interpreted that word. I had to stop half way through as it was too hard and painful to hold the positions.
Yeah,my legs burnt during that sequence!
Alot of yoga is not just stretching. But I agree, this was more of like a leg workout 👀
