  • Mother nature is kind and has spread many valuable plants around the world. Some of them improve our mood with their beauty and aroma, others with their mere presence make the environment healthier and harmonized, and still others are consumed by us directly or as a decoctions or extracts, and thus improve the condition of our body.
The health-promoting properties of some plants should not be overestimated, but also should not be underestimated. Sometimes it is better to look around and enjoy the benefits of nature's pharmacy than to take another dietary supplement that is supposed to work wonders. An example of such a plant is a common #dandelion. It's sunny yellow flowers are almost ubiquitous. Folk medicine attributes it to anti-diabetic and diuretic properties, helps with skin and stomach ailments, supports the body's immunity, and it is increasingly said that it has some anti-cancer properties.
You can come back to the topic of dandelion potions many times, but today I want to tell you about a tincture made from dandelion inflorescences. I still have supplies from previous years in my basement, so the plan was to make a small amount of 0.6-0.8 liter tincture.
After all, it's a health-promoting tincture used in therapeutic amounts. A small amount is also a small amount of work.
