    This arrangement of vegetables with chicken will be my forever chicken canning recipe, Sandra. The balance of sweet peppers against garlic is delicious. No garlic bitterness at all. Just wholesome flavour. I only had green peppers last week so substituted with a measure of sweetcorn from the freezer for colour. Eaten loads already. With fresh tomato/cucumber salads.
    Opened a can up for lunch today. Mixed in mayonnaise, suggestion of curry paste and mango chutney. Yum eee!
    You’re a complete star. ⭐️ 👍🏻🇬🇧 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

    I just can’t stand the feeling of chicken on my hands so I just use gloves. I keep a box in my kitchen and use for all meats.

      I understand. I’m like that with certain meats as well. Some times I’m feeling it sometimes I’m not.

    I’d love to see what you do with the chicken once you open the jar. Do you put it in a stew or serve as it is?
    Thanks for the video!

    This is the prettiest chicken canning recipe I've ever seen! I'm curious about what you do with the veggies and broth besides making soup? I've canned a lot of chicken but am having an issue with deciding new recipes besides soup or tacos. Lol. Or chicken rice casserole or chicken salad. It looks like you might have fresh ideas! Thank you for this!

    Thank you for the information, and the step by step on Canning picking in the jar. I have always wanted to learn how to can as old as I am,
    It’s so hard and it makes me feel so bad
    When I can’t find anyone to teach me, even to find a friend that has the same interest in Canning, because it’s so hard learning about aptitude, and those little gauges on the pot, and I have a brand new pot.
    Would you happen to know any one that live’s in Greensboro, North Carolina, that also enjoy Canning? it would be so nice if you lived here and taught classes on Canning because I would probably be the first one in there. You are very talented and smart and very detail and I would like to say you have a wonderful and blessed day and I thank the Lord so much for letting me hear you today 7/21/23 🙏🏽📖🙏🏽

    Is there a reason you canned it 90 minutes instead of the 75 minutes recommended for bone-in chicken by the National Center for Home food Preservation website? Btw I think I’ll be adding veggies to mine next time. Great idea!!!

    • @sherrylatch8544
      @sherrylatch8544 ปีที่แล้ว

      The 75 min is for pints, she said here that she is using quarts, which is a 90 min process

    • @Myfavorites877
      @Myfavorites877 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@sherrylatch8544 not to be rude, but no it’s not. It’s 75 for quarts for bone-in chicken. Did you look it up with the reference I mentioned? Maybe it was because some of it had been de-boned.
