  • Be ready friends! I'll take you step by step through the process of homemade bread! With rising prices this is a must learn! Let's do it! LINK FOR BREAD MAKING TOOLS BELOW THE RECIPE!
    🍞🍞🍞🍞🍞🍞🍞🍞🍞🍞🍞🍞🍞
    No Knead Bread Recipe:
3 cups of all purpose flour (384 grams)
1 1/4 tsp (5 grams) active dry yeast
2 tsp (8.4 grams) kosher salt
2 tb (25 grams) pure cane sugar
    whisk dry ingredients
Heat 1 2/3 cup (213 grams) of water to 107-110 degrees Fahrenheit
Do Not exceed this temperature you will kill your yeast!
Stir water in slowly and whisk using a dough whisk or spoon
combine all ingredients with all of the water until sticky
    Preheat your oven to 425F
heat your dutch oven or pot and remove it when you're ready to bake
Turn dough out onto a floured surface.
Fold the top over to the bottom, fold the left side of the dough to the middle, fold the right side of the dough the middle and fold the bottom of the dough to the top.
Cover your dough with a tea towel or cling wrap in a oiled bowl.
Allow bread dough to rise at least 4-6 hours (the longer the better it allows more air in the loaf)
After dough has risen turn the dough out onto your floured surface.
Fold the dough once more but do not knead it!
You can line you vessel with parchment paper if you like. If you are using a pot use parchment paper in the pot.
Remove your heated dutch oven and place your dough inside. Bake for 20 minutes, remove the lid and bake until golden brown.
That’s it! You did it Congratulations! 😄🍞 🍞🍞🍞🍞🍞

Here is a hack I have been using for a long time. Take those scrapings that you cleaned your board with and put them in a jar and add a little water a tablespoon or two. Feed it if you have to until you get about a 1/2 cup of fermented aged dough. You then will have a no work sour dough starter.

Your breads are beautiful!!! I have been fearful to try baking bread and even Cinnamon Rolls for fear of failure. However I do want to try your bread recipe, can I not use the regular white granulated sugar that I have on hand? Or does it have to be the one you use? Thank you!!

Back to basics from a young woman who is making grandma's old ways back. Everything old is not played out! Thank you, I could literally smell the bread as it came out of the oven. I make bread on occasion but this reminded me of coming home from school and smelling bread permeating the whole house! We need to teach our young how to bake and cook and stay away from 'fast food everything'.

I've been baking bread for almost 50 years. Recently been mixing up the way of baking my breads, thanks to the internet. I love learning new things and have been soaking up so many unknown techniques and new recipes. Happy Happy Happy!!
This was the 1st time that I've ever heard that you didn't need parchment paper while baking bread in the Dutch oven. Oh, you had me at that, as the parchment paper can be such a pain in the puh-toot!
I love how you show each tecnique in your recipe. That's sure to help brand new bakers.
Newly subscribed. I can't wait to browse your channel.
God Bless you and your family.

@RN4Veterans, The reason that some of us use parchment paper in the Dutch oven is to avoid getting burned as we put the dough into the pre-heated Dutch oven. It's easier and safer if you put the dough onto the parchment, then lower it into the hot Dutch oven while holding the parchment paper by the corners.
Sandria, this is the first time I'm seeing one of your videos and it's beautifully done. Love your personality and the bread looks wonderful. I've made no-knead bread a couple of different ways and I'm always interested in seeing a new take on it. Thank you!

A lot of us in the South always use White Lily flour for light biscuits and cakes, but King Arthur is much better for yeast bread (tip for the White Lily fans). King Arthur is a different kind of wheat and works better for yeast bread, but not for cakes or biscuits. There really is a difference.

White Lily flour is great for cakes and pastry...but it is light on " gluten". So it is not preferred for bread as K.Arthur unbleached organic flour is.

@@elainebernierWhite Lily Unbleached Bread Flour has a high protein content according to their nutritional panel, it’s 4 grams per 1/4 cup, which is actually higher than King Arthur’s Bread Flour.

Great. But shouldn't we give credit to the inventors of No Knead bread? I appreciate Jim Lahey, owner of Sullivan Street bakery in New York City, who discovered/invented no knead baking. The New York Times said it was the most popular recipe they have ever published. He changed it up a little as did others, but props to Jim for creating this life changing no knead recipe over 12 years ago.

I made a loaf today which is a recipe from chef cheri. Three ingredients, no mess and perfect results every time. Similar to yours but hardly any work involved.
Take a look, you hardly touch the dough and it’s all done in ninety minutes from start to finish. It’s delicious too!

I just started making break last week and I can’t stop! My husband and children are so in love with having fresh bread…. And maybe fresh cinnamon rolls everyday too😂🤭

I absolutely adored watching your videos. I got a mirro canner from my grandma. Watched your green bean and I’m hooked. I smiled when you said wait maybe you will use that much flour. Okay I laughed hard. Love it. ❤️

I have used a mini loaf silicone form. It makes 6 or so (can't remember just off hand). Love it because it makes nice small individual loaves.

I have an electric bread maker and love breads it makes. But this year, I am going to try your recipe to add variety to how large my basket looks. I love that you can design them yourself. Thank you so much!
