adding additional milk is unnecessary! and it thins it out… just hit re-spin a couple of times and it will get creamy☺️ my go to recipe is 400g cashew milk, 20-30g protein powder and 10g sugar free pudding mix! I swear it’s the exact same consistency as ice cream for only 150-200 calories… game changing
I’ve been using PEScience protein powder, 8oz water and 5g sugar free pudding mix. Then after the 1st spin I just add 75g almond milk. It’s even less calories and perfect texture!
Yum looks good. Adding the ricecakes as mix ins after the respin is super yum, rather than putting on the top. Is using water instead of milk in this safe on the machine? I had read you shouldn’t use water somewhere
I figured out, you really don't need to blend it before freezing or put extra liquids in after you spin it! I started adding my ingredients, mix it a little with a spoon, freeze it, then spin it. I usually re spin two more times to get it that way I like it, but that's my preference lol. But yes try it!
Just got one. My lifetime goal of eating a hot fudge sundae that is 100% protein is within reach. CarbMaster milk, btw, is the bomb. I drink a half gallon a day of the non fat. Its a cheap total protein source.

What kind of protein powder do you use for your recipe?
@@imacraftysoul I’ve been using pescience which is a whey/casein blend! casein makes things a lot thicker and creamier :)
Which Creami do u have? They have many different model numbers..🤔🤦🏽♀️

You can just run the pint under some hot water to melt it slightly. Then you don't need any milk.
The best mixer in between in the skinny girl no sugar flavoured syrups! I have tons of flavours for certain proteins

Yay! I bought one for my birthday and I’m so excited to try it!! 🎉🎉
What’s the difference between using the re-spin option vs going to the ice cream button for the second spin?
Time and noise.. lol respin is much faster and the noise is about 1/2

Another good thickener we use in keto/carnivore is beef gelatin or xantham gum @CoachAdam
