I don’t understand why a lot of people these days manipulate others to please themselves. Like why force someone to love you when you could spend time with a person who would genuinely love you without all of that overwhelming fear of not having someone to love you .
In my opinion it is (very simply said) the inability to establish and keep relationships based on real values. Manipulation for them is some kind of "short cut" I guess, but in reality it's a blind street.
I think it's because they're narcissists so they don't actually know what love actually is. So what they call love sounds weird to normal people with more empathy because they're not actually talking about love. They're talking about infatuation, obsession, attention, and codependency or a combination of these things.

I love that Rebal admits when he finds some of her advice actually good. And I totally agree that she does make good point occasionally, but in general she just goes about it the wrong way. Like of course not chasing and instead focusing on your self growth is very healthy and important. When you do that you start to feel confident within yourself and confidence is a very attractive quality. But you don't do this just to manipulate or to attract "Alfa men". You do this for your own self fulfilment. And when you do attract people, you are confident and self sufficient enough to know who is actually worth your time and energy and who don't. You make right decisions and find your people (not only romantic).

All I can say is that I’m amazed at some of the conclusions people came to in this video and not in a good way.
