I don't remember which video but Three yrs back I watch this type of video,I started doing the exercise regularly three yrs back it's so helpful,I wore glasses for so many yrs since I was 16 or 17 yrs but now nothing I see clearly even when reading but I still do the exercise if not regularly but anytime of the day when I'm free or resting time,I would request others also you can try it no harm but very helpful. 👍👍👍👍

A recommendation from me to those who don't have spects but eyes are really stressed due to looking at screen -ask an eye doctor for blue light filter(blocking) glasses,... it will create a barrier between your eyes and screen and reflect the harmful rays from screen at an extent - avoid texting (charting) as ,uch as you could and shift to calls will help you to avoid screen and.... also the words spoken are much more expressive than the emojis. Hope this help you
After 2 yrs of corona snd heavily using mobile and laptop and tv also , i had online classes for around more than 8 hours 5hrs of school and 3 hrs of coaching , school was daily except sunday but coaching classes were 4 times a week and my number rose from -2.25 to -3.75 of both eyes and i m 15 yrs old and i didnt stop , after classes also i use to watch youtube or phone for hours 😓 and now i m going to put my level best efforts to atleast reduce to around 2.5 in 2 years so i may have a chance of going in nda 😢

Started doing eye exercises regularly from beginning of Dec 2024 probably ( don't remember the date). I think before that tested my eyes and it's minus 2 in both eyes but right eye is less clear than left. I think after the test I started doing exercise regularly. From a few days back ,I also started to gaze at candle flame...but not in proper way since it was not dark room and I did it just for a few minutes. I'm glad that from a few days back I started to feel improvement in my vision each day. Things are clearer. Today is the last day of 2024. I will update when I check my eyes again...❤
Jan 5,2025 I haven't checked my eyes but came here to tell something.... For a few days before my first(main) comment I got to see good improvement each day ,my vision was becoming clearer..but from a few days now I don't see much improvement, I think there's a minute improvement but what I'm shocked is my vision is clearer in the morning but little blurry in the evening ...I don't know why...but anyway I'm regularly doing my exercise Nb: I'm having larger screen time so less time without specs. I am doing this since last 3 days and can already feel the difference, muscles of my right eye are weak and right eye tends to diverge in case when I am tired and over exposed my eyes to screen. I am a software developer and its impossible to stay away from laptop and by the evening I can feel muscle pain in my eyes and this divergence becomes more prominent. Since I started this routine from kast 3 days I can feel an immense difference, eyes feel more fresh and stronger and divergence is almost gone. @@Shruthi003 bro you can wear your glasses aur lenses after doing these exercises . You can wear them all day but make sure to take off during the exercise .
When I was 6 years old I started wearing spectacles because of my accident my eyes become weak hope this method work and thank you for your video 😇😇😇

A recommendation from me to those who don't have spects but eyes are really stressed due to looking at screen
-ask an eye doctor for blue light filter(blocking) glasses,... it will create a barrier between your eyes and screen and reflect the harmful rays from screen at an extent
- avoid texting (charting) as ,uch as you could and shift to calls will help you to avoid screen and.... also the words spoken are much more expressive than the emojis.

After 2 yrs of corona snd heavily using mobile and laptop and tv also , i had online classes for around more than 8 hours 5hrs of school and 3 hrs of coaching , school was daily except sunday but coaching classes were 4 times a week and my number rose from -2.25 to -3.75 of both eyes and i m 15 yrs old and i didnt stop , after classes also i use to watch youtube or phone for hours 😓 and now i m going to put my level best efforts to atleast reduce to around 2.5 in 2 years so i may have a chance of going in nda 😢

Started doing eye exercises regularly from beginning of Dec 2024 probably ( don't remember the date). I think before that tested my eyes and it's minus 2 in both eyes but right eye is less clear than left. I think after the test I started doing exercise regularly. From a few days back ,I also started to gaze at candle flame...but not in proper way since it was not dark room and I did it just for a few minutes. I'm glad that from a few days back I started to feel improvement in my vision each day. Things are clearer. Today is the last day of 2024.
I will update when I check my eyes again...❤

I haven't checked my eyes but came here to tell something.... For a few days before my first(main) comment I got to see good improvement each day ,my vision was becoming clearer..but from a few days now I don't see much improvement, I think there's a minute improvement but what I'm shocked is my vision is clearer in the morning but little blurry in the evening ...I don't know why...but anyway I'm regularly doing my exercise
Nb: I'm having larger screen time so less time without specs.

Thank you so much sir for sharing this wonderful information. I am doing this since last 3 days and can already feel the difference, muscles of my right eye are weak and right eye tends to diverge in case when I am tired and over exposed my eyes to screen. I am a software developer and its impossible to stay away from laptop and by the evening I can feel muscle pain in my eyes and this divergence becomes more prominent. Since I started this routine from kast 3 days I can feel an immense difference, eyes feel more fresh and stronger and divergence is almost gone. I have seen a lot of doctors but nothing has helped me as such. Thank you sir, you are great literally saved my eyes and life. I will keep following this routine for the rest of my life. Thanks again

• (10 time up-down + 10 time left right + 10 time digonally + 10 time anti diagonally + 10 time clockwise rotate + 10 time anti clockwise rotate )
• eye push ups (10 times) + palming
2. Sun gazing gradually 1 to 5 min. max. + palming for 30 sec
3. eye packs for 15 mins. (patato, cucumber, loki) //time should morning after exercise or evening after work
4. no screen after 9 pm
(every 30min. screen gaze --> 20 sec eye exercise )
5. tratak kriya 7 min. before sleeping + palming
bonus: try to stabilize intestines
• use spectacle less and never use when exercising
