Oh Sadly that's what money does to people ? Nope - Not everyone with money treats ppl in this manner. I liked Ben far better than Joe - Ben was so spot on with Joe behavior. Then for Joe to justify his horrible action ? Yes - I understood that he needed to get on that flight etc. But there isn't any excuse for rude, arrogance, disrespect. They never get ahead - they just learn lessons just like he did.
There are still many humble bosses greater than that rude and arrogant guy who is just bossing around.
I hate bosses where even if you do your job perfectly they’re still not satisfied

That guy was too disrespectful and mean to that poor old woman. She did her very best and he was having nothing of it. He definitely owes that woman an apology for his arrogance. Money makes people act nuts. I would teach that man a lesson he will never forget.

Be careful how you talk to people. You never know whose listening. Same goes for how nice you are. Just like this sweet lady. She's going to get a better job because she gave great customer service.
Ugh! Geez - I'm the CEO of a tech company and he's making comments to the desk clerk ? Then he should know that flights get overbooked and know what that means. He should have flown out a day earlier.

Ben was a jerk if he cared more about making money than people's feelings. He was rude and impatient and that poor hostess was giving nothing him but the best service. Fortunately Ben's big mouth cost him everything. This time when your actor's character was berated for his actions, he didn't say "You'll want back." Just goes to show, it never hurts to show kindness to others. Great video Supermission. 👍👍

He was afraid that he would lose the business deal if he missed the meeting but if the guy who was running the meeting was right there with him anyway then wouldn't he be safe in that regard anyway? The other person would have been totally understanding and made concessions for him anyway. Its kind of ironic?
I kind of felt like the title was a little misleading. Instead of using "poor old woman," it should read, "kind airport associate," or whatever they're called.
I thought it was actually about an actual poor old woman homeless and begging at the airport, not an airport employee, even though she was really kind and calm

This reminds me of the airport freak outs with EasyJet in the UK. There are many entitled people like this so rude to airport staff about issues they never caused

Joe's treatment of the desk clerk was completely unacceptable and it's not her fault that his flight was booked, there are some things that are out of our control. Good thing Ben saw this and didn't go through with the deal.

He was definitely rude, but I would probably be pretty annoyed myself if a airline overbooked and bumped me off the plane and made me wait for another flight. Why should I be punished for their stupid business practices? At the very least I would be asking for an upgrade to 1st class for the inconvenience.

Seriously, is there really a need to say “older” at all? Why not just have the headline say “Tech insults woman……”? It doesn’t matter what age a person is…all should be treated respectfully. Besides, if that’s how old is defined, then 40+ should qualify one for pension.😅
