Customers are not always right. Whoever came up with that is insane. However, Karen's and self entitled people deserve to be put in their place regardless of their position.

The customers are not always right, but they deserve respect although sometimes the customer is rude for the most stupid reasons.
The lesson from all of these Karens is not to judge a book by it's cover and treat others the way you want to be treated no matter what their job, background or appearance.
My exact words.on top of it I had a Manager called Karen and she use to embarrass me in front of Staff or Customers or if A customer whose English was limited she use to Shout at them or say horrible things I did not like that.this video shows us we should never have a go at anyone.
Those who are spoiled and privileged need to start being in other people's shoes instead of passing judgment upon them
The last Karen in the coffee shop tried very hard to get that employee fired and just a word of advice out for people that act like Karen’s or Ken don’t it will get you no where and you can get banned from the place you go to or you can get arrested if you decide to do something illegal and also don’t judge a book by its cover and also just because you have it dosent mean you can treat people like shit people will want nothing to do with you quickly
Well done mananger these people are so rude how dare they talk down people like that it’s good when your mananger can stand up for you. It does not cost you anything to be polite. How would she like someone to treat her like that. With attitude like that she will never get any where in life she will turn out to be a bully. Weldone all lesson learned

I think that’s second one needs a second part because he said that he knows her father from playing golf so you should show the second part where the restaurant Nonna tells the father and punish the girl for being rude that’s what you should do

I have got this treatment in an Indian store I was looking for graduation clothes. It's really sad.

I use to work in a shop and I mostly use to deal with rude customers they were either racist and discriminate against me.But I never tolerated it rude people have no patience

Great contemplation of Karen's, very entertaining they're so entitled but I always enjoy when the manager throws them out and they don't get their way 😃, then it's either I'm calling my lawyer! My father is gonna hear about this! My personal favorite do you know who I am! Lmao
In the last skit, that manager was pissing me off, there wasn't a damn thing he did right.
1) If she's new and the coffee was not being poured out right, you stay there and watch what is happening, correct the new hire if it warrants it. But let them show you what they're doing.
2) You do NOT berate them in front of the customer. You do it in the back room.
3) If the customer is still NOT satisfied with their beverage, you make it yourself, no "3rd times the charm" without a guiding hand there, you take care of the customer and get them out of there, you don't allow the situation to escalate. This way, you know it's brewed properly and you can see if it's just something off with an ingredient.
4) YOU DON'T FIRE THEM RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMER! You take them in the back! Customers do NOT need to have the ill-conceived notion that they hold the power to fire someone, WHICH THEY DO NOT!
5) After you fire someone, don't sound exasperated when you call their name and they don't respond. Once they are fired, they don't tend to stick around, they take their things and leave. Also, where was the apology? He was a complete waste of a manager, causing her severe stress for something that was not even her fault. If this was real, she could sue.
Pouring it out of the same pot wont make it any better.
Someone rude like her if she kept calling me sweetie id tell her off by starting with who do u think u r sweetie? Then if i could buy the store i would then fire her.
I feel what these employees go through because I was in that position once and Karens are hard to deal with
The girl that order the coffee if I was the girl that was pouring the coffee I would have dumped it on her she's doing that on purpose to be a witch that's not fair the girl that made the coffee three times
Yes but I’ve been in some restaurants where the waiter or waitress was rude, but since I’m not in the mood to complain I just never return later, or if the food was bad

My only wish or favor to ask is, I hope you will also credit the names of the actors and actresses plus the characters they're portraying after the story ends, so that we are aware who is she and who is he... Beside, knowing they're real names will leads them to popularity including the name SUPERMISSION... That if people be to afford to buy some outfit aren't written on their forehead and not by the way they get dressed! It is truly weird if be that these work at a shop be some to tell a customer if they can pay or not, how on earth do they know?

Don’t be rude to employees they can report you to there boss and you can be banned and just because you have money it doesn’t give you the excuse to be lazy or rude and don’t tell employees to hurry up because you have a nail appointment or something I would say appointment first then food and if you think somebody is doing something wrong or slow you might be wrong they are probably doing it right and fast it’s just that way by your standards

I was at a perkins a elderly couple chewed out the waitress for not having silverware they had just sat down she was almost in tears i left her a note that i hope made her feel better.

I remember a man from Susie’s carry out yelling to let me put my hand in your purse! Let me put my hand in your purse! When he did, he felt nothing inside. Then he was trembling with hostility which wasn’t necessary. I don’t know if it was racism or sexism. He should have had his carry out out of business.

Anyone working in a restaurant should be treated with kindness. I heard of a restaurant where a customer will only tip a waitress who is only his race anyone else gets no tip.they do everything he wants. Hes being a racist.

I have yet to encounter (in real life) a Karen who rushes the wait staff in a restaurant because they are in a "hurry". If they are in such a freaking hurry, then they can just go to a drive thru or any fastfood. Shees.
