What's the rudest encounter you've ever had or seen at a restaurant?
These couple acted like spoiled, self-entitled brats who demanded a change on every small thing even when the employees and manager were just trying to be nice to them, but good thing they were kicked out
I wouldn’t forgive them right away
I have had it I use to work in a restaurant I got it either from Staff or Diners
The owner/chef making a sexual comment to a customer.
I think he deserved to sell the restaurant.
Permanent Hospitality staff were sincerely sick receiving end of verbal abuse by rude nasty arrogant p
I'm glad the last lady had a change of heart at the end. Sometimes we get too caught up in the stress and everything we deal with that we forget that others are suffering too.

Wow. Thanks. This one made me weep. I’ve worked in the service industry in a lot of forms the last 49 years, and it still amazes me how rotten people treat those they feel are “lesser than”.
It’s sad how people expend so much positive energy just to mistreat another person!

These people have no idea how someone's job is until they have to it themselves other than just being completely rude.

Really and seriously, those people who were rude don't really understand how hard it is as they're too stubborn, blind, rude, and mean to see how hard it is to be in restaurants during the virus pandemic and how short-staffed they are. This is unacceptable for the way they acted to the staff and need to realize that or just order take-out and exit. Also they need to keep their attitude problems at home and not take it out on the staff for it.
Clearly these people don't get put mich or they need to work in their positions so they could see just how hard their jobs are, but at least in the last one that rude customer learned her lesson
True,it's sad how entitled people treat service workers with disrespect however they feel bad and apologize.Fortunately,it's NEVER too late to make amends.
Sad, people have no respect for others. Treat others the way you wanna be treated. Respect elders and others who don't look up to your standards. No exception!

This story was sad from the beginning I cried 😢 and ppl should never judge a book by it’s cover cause you never know what they are going through. But each video it got better . They understood what each person went through . Look PLEASE TREAT PPL LIKE YOU WANT TO BE TREATED. All of them were going through something to make their life better but some PPL just don’t understand. GOD BLESS EACH AND EVERYONE… 🙏❤️

i seriously can relate to servers messing up your orders and drinks, but to treat others horribly is not right, my great grand relatives and my grandparents all died from unknown dieases, so yeah i am glad there's real servers doing their best to help
You know it's amazing how people treat the elderly, forgetting that one day they to will be elderly * will ne treated the same way they treat other people
Seriously, some of those rude people doesn't understand how it is because, they're too blind and rude plus disrespectful cause of the virus short staff they need to understand or order take out and leave their attitude problem at home.

Seriously, no should ever judge anyone . Unless they have walked in Thier in shoes . Because you never know what that person is good though . Or treat some one like you would like you be treated. Those are the things try to always remember .

Many Americans I met are indeed like this rude guy. It is a problem of the broken society with a foundation build on money, competition, inequality and slavery.
You shouldn't judge people before getting to know them, period! If I was the hostess of the second restaurant, I wouldn't be like that girl. I would welcome them, of course, and ask them their name before seating them wherever they'd like.

I use to work in retail and quite a few customers were quite aggressive with me or top of it I have Autism and one particular customer was not nice to me but a nice lady stood up for me .there are nice people who do care

Why does everybody always put the blame on the waiter/waitress? They're not responsible for the food, they only pick up the order and take it to the table. Costumers don't know what's going back in the kitchen. Sometimes their simply understaffed for the day for one reason or another. Many people don't understand nor appreciate how hard people work and how much effort their putting into doing the job right and well.
That happen on another show, the girl was rich & the waitress came to wait on her & then the girl order a salad & didn't tell the waitress she was allergic to sunflower seeds & said to the waitress I you trying to kill me, but it's the girls fault for not telling the waitress that she was allergic to sunflower seeds

Why do the stories here on TH-cam have most people judge others by their clothing? All of the truly rich people I've known have worn clothing that was worse than mine. And at best, I'm dressed in jeans and a t-shirt.

Very rude encounters take place at restaurants when workers are rude to customers because of how they're dressed or how they look. If someone has money to eat there it shouldn't be a problem. Elderly people if they happen to work there they need to be treated with dignity and respect. You don't know why they're working there perhaps there's a reason why they're working. The elderly suffer age discrimination and perhaps they suffered in silence due to that type of mistreatment. They're resilient and just keep going no matter what. Many think the elderly should be put out to pasture, but that's a negative outlook on life. I'm pretty sure that these individuals wouldn't want their aged parents or grandparents to be mistreated in that fashion. Everyone is useful if given a chance.
