- Bad mannered lady is rude to the poor hostess trying to seat her at her favorite restaurant. Despite the girl clearly trying her hardest to find her a table, the bad-mannered lady continues to disrespect and treat the girl very poorly. Luckily, she learns the error of her ways when the poor girl finally stands up for herself.

I’ve actually witnessed this in real life. A girl I’ve worked with was dealing with a few rude customers, now mine you the girl was 7 months pregnant at the time. Well a group of old ladies came in to order a baker’s dozen of bagels all sliced. I guess the girl wasn’t moving fast enough for them, and they just started being rude, and iimpatient, and once the saw she was pregnant their whole attitude changed, trying to apologize when just 5 seconds ago they were being Karens. So yeah shit like this do happen

When restaurants get booked, I don't usually overreact, in fact, no one should give the staff a hard time. I can't imagine how stressed that young girl was and the customer just didn't get it. This is what I would say to that lady being mean to the girl, I know it's script, but this is what I would say, "Listen to me carefully, let it go".
lmao - Yeah - So it's her friends bday. Restaurant staff really doesn't have the time to engage in chat like this rude and disrespectful customer. I would have said "Sorry but we've been booked for 3 weeks now. Try somewhere else.
Forgetting to manage is an understatement
The moral of the story is; some of the associates are working really hard to put food on the table. Even though the customers can be rude, they still come to work so bravely, so proud, and so strong, that no matter what they say, you do a great job. So let's support our fellow workers.
I *so* agree. I work in a restaurant, and while I enjoy the work, I can say that it's not easy, particularly given the constantly rising the cost of living.

I was a hostess and I have a dealt with customers like that. If this guy is the manager then he needs to get her some help. And the customer needs to stop acting like a real b#$ch.
The manager should of helped the hostess and the waitress’s and the waiters out if it is slammed not in the back counting or organizing things he should of known better

Why do people be rude if they ain’t gonna like no one being rude to them?
Karen who did not understand everythings. And manager did realize that, host did so many things to give customers for booking a sit. It is not easy depand there is peck hours fr lunch and dinner times. So it is not easy, but some people did not understand and yet they still demonding a lot that who are did not book yet. So it is better they need to book in and so that it will be easy. Host did a great job, but karens are just nuts and take too much of drugs.
