  • In today's video, a sleazy businessman threatens judge in court. A construction contractor is suing the sleazy businessman because he refused to pay his workers after they had completed the job he hired them for. After the big-headed businessman claims that the other man had used illegal immigrant workers which he didn't agree with, the contractor shares some very intriguing evidence with the court. As the judge orders a recess for her to review this evidence, the defendant visits her chambers and threatens her with his power...

Some people think that they are above the law because they have powerful connections. But those connections don't mean squat when you're in the wrong. And trying to use those connections to sway a verdict of judgment. just goes to show you that these people lack common sense.

It doesn't matter what position of power you have whether it's business or presidency, you still don't have the power to talk back to a judge for they are the ones with the authority to put you behind bars, even talkin back if there will be an immediate sentence

I agree. The judge and the bench of court they represent are still enforcers of the law. They should be respected.
The judge can and should book him for being in contempt of court.

We need more morally incorruptible judges like her, in real life! Just imagine the amount of court cases that often result in ridiculous outcomes due to unfair punishments and jaw-dropping leniencies, as a result of morally corrupt judges still being employed by the justice system.

2:11 while he may be a powerful man. My question is; how was he able to go to the judge’s chamber? Basically bypass, Deputies, and basically violate ex-parte rules. Big no no, that’s contempt and threatening of judicial officials.

When given truth to the judge of the world not all will do the right thing. Most want to be in power. Tell people what they can and can not do. Some to line there back pockets as well. But all judges are not like this! Most do need to be in the tar pits.

I know this is a skit, I know it's actors, I know covid limits the amount of ppl we can use in these kind of things- but what kind of judge doesn't have a Bailiff in their courtroom?
it's literally just her and them there, if the sleazeball REALLY wanted to hurt her there's kinda nothing and nobody really stopping him. I mean yea he'd get in jail afterward, but there's no barrier of any kind between him and the judge, just saying.

A real court would dismiss it since immigration and labor laws are now involved. Would likely refer the case to ICE and the U.S. Attorney's Office since it would then be a federal rap.

What if mister Smith tried to ruin the judge career even try to intimidating her using one of her family members as bait, but because the judge made always in her career life the right decision an punishment the right guy like Mister Smith, others who were her Court room and came to find the justice when they needed will come to help her and one of them is one of the most important client of Mister Smith. And the lesson will be like when will do your job in the right way and follow the law no one can't destroy you.

So the Judge threw the Guy in Jail I wonder what his Wife said when she found out he was in Jail. Also In a Prison Documentary An inmate told people the Reason he was doing a Life Sentence is Because at a friends Trial he threatened to kill the Judge Now hes not only in Jail he has a life sentence with no parole. But he does have a Job In prison working at a loading dock wich Food and supplies come in, Tell me how was a death threat gets u Life in Prison?

I agree with the judge's decision, however, he should have to pay triple the amount for wasting Mr. Martnez's time. The fine should be $10,000 since he has money to burn! And he should be thrown in jail for 3 days. Poor people are thrown into jail for a longer period for no fault of their own sometimes!
