Heck follow what the lecturer hinted at and search out alternative Chinese healing..... The 2 Chinese guys im thinking of are probably waaay too old or dead now but they used Chi to heal..... Chi is everywhere and surrounds us and it is nature or apart of nature itself...
Cant remember his name their name, theres obviously more than those 2 Chinese guys im thinking of..... but i think he got quite famous for generating heat and electricity and thus healing, he was in his 80s or something like that years ago when i watched a vid of him generating and projecting energy.....
And the other guy is also famous in the same circles, hes been reported about.... but he went radio silent when the westerners went to seek him out..... hes on youtube burning paper with his hands..... alot of westerners dont believe.... its apart of chinese culture and martial arts.... when your properly taught martial arts its a way of protecting yourself and others, and holistic healing is a way of protecting the self and others!

Soul is mind, spirit is energy. Your eyes see 0.0035 of the total picture. It is to “see” energy. What amount is unknown, doubt it can “see” all. I suspect it looks at the source of your energy because that maybe how you perceive it around you (field of energy you produce) to sense not “see” it specifically. You “breathe” in energy which it may also “see” how you absorb it, and regulate it (seeing self).

I have been using such techniques to develop creativity within my students at the University where I teach Art and Design, and the results were astounding.

I went to a modern artist Mainly from Uni and College students. Matey which ever technical knowledge you trying to teach it must other Worldly. Most paintings with awards was something you see in kindergartens. The best drawing at the top was few circles inside squares painted in different mixture of colours . By the way other Worldly I meant a Shite World lol 😂

In india, we do "thopukarnas" when worshiping God Ganesha. Touching/Holding top of the ear/the pineal gland centre in ear and doing situps. Ganesha itself is the embodiment of body shows the wealth of Chettiyar community and head of elephant -shows powerful calmness. With which this community went all over the world spreading there business and Tamil culture. . Even before India name was given to 'India' . About 30 years ago I experienced what he is talking about, that we are all in this universal play being projected through our minds onto the lens of our eyes, nothing is really happening outside of you it is all happening inside your head which is the projector, and when you go to sleep and close your eyes, it is like when you go to the cinema and they turn the lights off then the movie begins, but the movie is only projected onto the screen which is coming from the projector room, the cinema is just a bigger version of you, but what you also realise is that you are one of the actors in your own movie just like the actors on the screen and that life is a play, and you go from play to play or you reincarnate from life to life starring as numerous characters in numerous roles, and you experience enlightenment because you become enlightened by this experience of what you are and what life really is, and this experience is accompanied with a feeling of ecstasy and bliss because simultaneously the pineal gland starts secreting which gives you the feeling of nirvana.

Pineal gland is size of pea, right behind your t zone between your eyes. Most ancient religions have referred to this eye. In Hinduism, we called it third eye and covered the forehead with sindoor or sandalwood to keep pineal gland cool. The ears are pierced only at the bottom, to activate the corresponding meridian. We don't pierce everywhere else. When we meditate on the area of between the eyes, radiate white. Activated pineal gland only happens if the meditator has taken correct steps before meditating long term. Most hermits who meditate just need some liquid from the pineal gland and this will keep them alive for many years without eating or drinking. Normal people can't do this without going crazy. Caution is required when activating pineal gland, otherwise may go crazy.

No, he is VERY FAR from a genius. Just another false narrative. Any narrative that tells you to look at your body parts in order to understand the secrets of the universe is deceiving you. Don't look at your ears and pineal gland, lol 🤦, look to the stars and the cosmos for REAL TRUTH. All of the "geniuses" of our world including Einstein and Hawking have no idea what they are talking about because their minds were not completely free therefore they could not receive the thoughts of an enlightened mind because their beliefs closed the door to sacred wisdom.
