I saw this building before and now we get an 1 hour tour. I love it. Thank you. If I have the money in the future why not? A lot of space to entertain friends and family. I think there is a difference in the LA mansions. On the one side there are mansions for living with family peaceful and private and on the other side there are mansions for party and entertainment. I like both. In the best case I would buy one for peaceful living and one for party. But the point is the money :D Greetings from Germany

I absolutely love this beautiful masterpiece of heaven on earth! OMG it has everything anyone can ever ask for! I love everything about this beautiful gorgeous mansion! The only thing that I would change is relocating the patio to the common area where most people would be at. Try like the floor where the huge kitchen and sitting areas.
I am gonna place a bid as I see a lot of potential in this one . The fact a recording studio and photo studio can be added and poeple have lockers when having fun after is a plus .
As much as I like magnificent homes, there can be a case of “too much” and that 5600 sf primary suite is a good example. Lots of fun touches, but I see myself trying out all the gizmos in the shower, for instance, and from that point on I’d rarely, if ever, use any but my favorite head.
51:13 Thing is that anyone can simply walk down to this fence from the public road above. You can have a nutcase with a gun meters away from you while you are at the astroturf roof part and the pool area and there is nothing stopping this. I´we checked. If someone really wants to they can also walk up to th efence, throw a blanket over and climb, a couple seconds and you can have thieves or worse on your very roof with access to the whole house.

The most important thing that should be on everyone's mind currently should be to invest in different sources of income that doesn't depend on the government. Great tour, I agree. As to Enes’ tour, keep in mind that they didn’t allow him to tour the whole house, like Enes’ mentioned that they were not allowed to tour the primary bedroom part back then. Had he been allowed FULL access, Enes’ video would’ve been longer, and the views on Enes’ videos would’ve maybe doubled. Currently, it’s 3.7 million and counting! Anyways, keep up the work JP.

It's an interesting house. I loved the master bedroom. However, the third floor was overkill. It should have been on the first floor. That specific floor had so many family rooms and bars that it could have been additional bedrooms instead. It just seems like redundant space.
It would be more conventional to have the living/family room and kitchen on the first floor but my guess is that architecturally it would be tough to build/support a bowling alley on the 3rd floor. Plus the casita was used as the staff quarters so it would make sense to have that on the first floor and the second (smaller) office was the security office which would also make more sense to be on the first floor. So if you kept those on the first floor then there wouldn't be room for a living/family room and kitchen also on the first floor. As to having additional bedrooms on the third floor instead, heck it already has 13 bedrooms; not sure if it really needs any more!
Not to mention the Bel Air breezes, the Bel Air trees (not like those common Encino trees!), and the Bel Air skies, Bel Air birds, Bel Air mineral deposits...

This is common in Hollywood Hills homes. They kind of flip them upside down in order to give better views on the living/family floors.
