I'm really surprised this property has a grass area, and a large one at that. Usually with these type of properties the builder always leaves very little to no grass area for kids or dogs to run around outside. What most of them consider as a backyard is nothing but a swimming pool that takes up most of what little space there is, squeeze in a built-in barbecue grill and everything else is covered in cement or stone. But the builder did the complete opposite with this property and I give them two thumbs up for it! 👍👍
Those built-in LED diffused lighting strips, I wonder when they go out like a light bulb you can't just change it like a lightbulb, does it require construction to change the LED strips?

So up the stairs to the powder room 🤔 and primary. Beautiful primary/balcony/closet with fresh air accesss/2nd en-suite. Wondering if the closet will be big enough. But lovely suite. Ok up the 2nd atrium stairs to a seating area and guest bedrooms and elevator 🙌🏼. But you have to climb stairs to get to the elevator 🤔? Spacious guest bedrooms/en-suites and balconies. Ok down the stairs. Kitchen/dining/living and numerous seating areas/movie 🎥theater 🎭- think this is the 1st light color scheme theater I’ve seen. Oh. A guest area with the works( kitchen/dining/living/bathroom). Agreed. Unique wine 🍷 room. Didn’t hear you say if it’s temperature controlled. Beautiful kitchen. More stairs to sauna/gym/steam room/1/2 bath. Beautiful backyard but would prefer the kitchen covered so not cooking in the blazing sun. Hell of a yard for the Gardner/landscaper to maintain. Wow Jp. Little things to change to make one’s own but a lovely home. I missed if you showed the laundry room and you always do. Guess I’ll watch again 🤷🏻♀️. Thanks for this tour.

Some glaring shortcomings such as no steps into the jacuzzi tub, no outdoor shade, “rustic” wooden steps, etc. this is a very odd floor plan, especially in the kitchen. Beautiful, but awkward?

There's something kind of 1940's about the front facade. Kind of a nice change of pace, really, less of that austere "robots live here" vibe that some of the modernist places on this channel have.
Beautiful home! But at the price point and the area, they went cheap cheap on the ceiling and the lights, and all the vents and such! Homes at that price in that area have ceilings and lights way better done. The way they integrated the lights and vents, and speakers is like from a 300k home.
Very strange layout and wasted space everywhere... The double bathroom in the primary Suite made 0 sense... Also the guest house is attached to the living room which also makes no sense cause it's so close to the main kitchen. What a shame.. The finishes are really good though
