    Purtroppo qui al nord spesso quelle cose ce le sogniamo. Si, forse ne abbiamo altre, ma si sa che il giardino del vicino ha sempre l'erba più verde .
    Dico "scapece" e mi partono le ghiandole salivari e la libidine di quella ricetta. he bel video, sembra un documentario. Ps: però organizziamo una raccolta fondi per omaggiare all'Egregio Pasquale Torrente un paio di braghe meno "visual' 😉

    4:13 il punto fumo dell olio di semi di girasole e’ 130 gradi non 240 …. Nemmeno l olio d’oliva arriva a 240 …. E la temperatura ideale per un fritto e’ 180 -190 🤔

      che male ci sarebbe? Gli OGM in Italia vengono usati moltissimo, specie per l'alimentazione del bestiame. Li usiamo/mangiamo ogni giorno

      You don't have to remove it... My mom fried prawns since I was a child and we always ate it like that. You can still remove it if you want when you remove the shell. My mom makes it better that this and we're not Italians.

    Non so quanto sia facile capire il punto di esaurimento dell' alcolche evapora a 78 C mentre l' acetico a 118 C? Poi in cucina tutto è molto approssimativo.

    Temperature.....infatti quando il cestello è cosi carico si va anche sui 190 prima

      Poi si torna naturalmente sui 180 dato che la temperatura dell 'olio si abbassa quando gettate il pesce....voi non lo avete fatto e si vede
