Padme is definitely up there with Leia for me. Fighting for her planet and just being badass. She’s exactly like what you’d expect the mother of Leia to be like. Very underrated character

I can agree with most of this! Its great to hear your thought process on where you place characters and why. Espcially, "What Rey might lack in character she makes up in charm." I agree with that 100% and have been saying that since force awakens released. Excellent video! :D
I agree. I like Rey. Not as much as Luke and anakin and those kind of characters, but I still like her character. I used to hate it but now I can accept and like a lot of her character. Not her unimaginably Mary Sue force powers. But her overall character is good

It’s amazing how two people could see the same movie (the last Jedi) and have vastly different opinions. I personally strongly disliked it but I’m glad some people enjoyed it

I liked the Luke, Rey, Kylo, and Snoke parts but disliked nearly everything else.
I watched it, didn’t really feel any way, saw everyone’s opinion on it and grew to hate it, then watched it again recently years afterwards, and honestly it’s really grown on me. It’s charming, and despite all its flaws, not soulless at least. Unlike the last sequel.

And I gotta agree with you on Cody, I love Rex but Cody feels so blank. His relationship with Obi Wan is hinted at but never shown. Hopefully he gets fleshed out in the newer shows like Bad Batch S2 or the new Obi Wan show. (Same goes for the majority of the clone commanders, overall blank slates.)

My favorite characters are plo koon, grievous, mace windu, obi-wan kenobi, Vader, maul, echo, kit fisto, and of course the all father himself Coleman Trebor. I agree with rey. I used to hate her. But recently, after rewatching the sequel trilogy I ended up liking her. Her character is actually decently written and her charm is amazing to watch. Definitely a B tier or low A tier character for me

Cara Dune was one of my favourite new characters they made in the Disney + era so it’s a huge shame what happened with her actress. I would say recast her but it would be too jarring.
