I think it is normal that you can not be happy every day, it is our physiology, substances of feeling happiness produced in the brain can not be producing all the time. Sometimes you must step back and be not in good mood , in order to feel happy again in the future.

I like how you organized this lesson. Since you said the English phrase first, I would try to guess how to say it in Thai. I was very close on many of them though not all.
thank you for the lesson and interesting thoughts. i dont think we can control every situation. but we can make the best out of a bad situation. when life gives you lemons, make lemonade. accept it, look forward, stay positive, dont worry too much.
