      I do not disagree with that premise but by the commercial I saw earlier about sandy hook all 26 that died their were shot in less than 5 minutes. The last I remember hearing is the first officers on scene took 4 minutes after gun shots were heard. So i have to question at what point do the officers lives become valued of that of already dead victims? This is a valid question those officers have families and lives. I do like that this sheriff is pointing out that we need to study all aspects and learn from this tragedy. That is the only way to ensure safety.

      Look up this sheriff and his opinion on bodycams. He said if we wanted recordings ``every citizen has cell phones that can point at us” and used the privacy excuse. It shouldn't even be necessary to explain why that's ridiculous in every sense. And it's apparent he believes his officers can do no wrong period and even since that's been proven wrong.
      He believes they are a complete waste of funds and along with other things, he’s just a virtue signaling authority figure pandering to the public and his community when they've been pushing for them for years

      @@Asidebar Real insightful comment there you godamn clown.
      The press conference where he charged his own officers with evidence tampering and even more godamn charges wouldn’t that prove my point even MORE that they need bodycameras? That they can’t sift all the potential shit that walks into their department? Are you seriously going to ignore the fact he said “if the citizens want to record, they got a camera they can point at us?”. Do you agree with him too that bodycams are a waste of money? Do we not need transparency or do we have to receive it all from this guy and the spectacle he puts on called a press conference making jokes of the criminals and the crimes?
      How does he try to be transparent when he refuses to get at least that? Does it not feel like he doesn’t even want the chance for there to be an opportunity where if his officers were to do wrong on lesser shit or if the citizens were to allege something they wouldn’t be caught?
      Use your brain for yourself and think about what’s happened between the police and citizens in the last 20 years for once and quit being a fucking tone deaf bootlicker for once in your shit life. It’s a he said/she said when shit hits the fan, without bodycams, imagine yourself being stopped by one of the officers he charged. You would’ve been FUCKED. And Grady still refuses to get them? Does that make any sense when they protect the officers and citizens?

    I was a deputy sheriff in a Texas county for many years. The Dallas S.W.A.T. Team was brought in to give us active shooter training in an actual local school on the weekend when school was closed. We, also, were a small agency in a rural part of the state, with sparse population. Although we were trained in teams, the Sheriff's instructions were abundantly clear. When you arrive, you immediately search for and engage the shooter, even if you are alone.

No one in law enforcement is agreeing with that assessment or decision. We are extensively trained by our sheriff’s department in many tactics, and our shooting qualifications are stricter than most law enforcement criteria (as one would hope since we are carrying at a school). Excellent discussion. The police chief has said he "thought it was a barricaded shooter" situation. I don't believe that. There were STILL 911 calls coming in while the chief was waiting outside. Look at the time line of the 911 calls. The local force had recieved training in school shooting response just two months prior. Should have been pretty fresh in their minds. The off duty Border Patrolman who shot the shooter, got a call from his wife (teacher) while getting a haircut. She told him "active shooter. Help." He borrowed the barber's shotgun, went inside, and ended the threat. Exactly what the cowardly police chief was preventing others from doing.

    It's not just lack of training. It's also push back from the school system itself. Not wanting to do anything that changes what they currently do or lengthens the day or makes things more difficult than they already are. I worked for a public school system and they had metal detectors. They wouldn't even plug in and work that set them up but wouldn't plug them in. They had metal detectors in storage units that were brand new at would not even use them. They had doors that were held open by chains intentionally because teachers didn't want to go around the school to bring the class back in. It's not just training. It's also push back from the schools. The teachers, the administrators who don't want to make the change. They don't think the threat is real

      Ulvade was planned by some sick evil whacko! Those lives were expendable to reach a goal, those kids and those teachers didn't matter. The police were in on the plan, the border patrol was not. Ask yourself what resulted from the murders at Ulvade, who benefited from the murders? Look at the big picture and use your common sense, look at the murderer and his circumstances. Why was Kyle Rittenhouse prosecuted? Why do the politiians want to disarm the folks who never broke a law, by passing a bill that allows the government to take away the arms of law abiding citizens and ignoring due process? Because the elites have plans for the country and you're not on the winning side of the changes they have in store for us. Be prepared, we are in for some tough times.

      Hard to get the government to do there job in anything in FL. The only the government did anything with speed was about if years ago and there were water shortages. You could only water on certain day and times of days. . Well they gave me a $300.00 ticket for watering the wrong day. They also put this huge red sticker on my garage door for everyone to see from the street. Well I did not water on the wrong day, but had a sprinkler with a hose attached to it and water the night before when I was allowed. I have left the hose in my front yards, but it was off. The water turn off value was on a timer and was in my locker garage. Well this was in Wellington and decided to contest the ticket. However they made it where most people would just pay, because of you lost they like doubled the fee for court cost. But I know my sprinkler was not on. Then I read other towns only next tonus and about the same size in population had only given out like 100 ticket, while my town had given like 3000 of them in the same few weeks time.. Well about 100 people showed up to contest the ticket and the code enforcement admitted that he did not see any water sprinklers that were actually on but told to give tickets if the lawn looked wetter and greener then it should. Well the judge basically made it were almost all the tickets expunged. The city was not happy since they hired extra people and literally had plan to make so much money from the tickets to help cost. People were not happy.,

    As an educator, I can’t wrap my head around the sheer negligence by so many staff and LE. You NEVER let your guard down when it comes to children’s safety. Prop a door open!? No SRO on scene!? No announcement for a lockdown? You have to be utterly negligent when all of these BASIC safety protocols weren’t followed. Who has time to wait on a master key instead of breaching the classroom door/going through a window/ coming in from the roof…when children are being gunned down!? WHO had TIME to think about a KEY in this situation!? Sickened. To hell with the shooter…and SHAME on the negligent individuals that made it easy for the shooter. I’m all for supporting LE…but this is absolutely disheartening. Those kids deserved better.
    EDIT: Now that LE’s lie has been exposed, I’d like to apologize to the teacher who was wrongfully/publicly accused of being negligent for “propping a door.” I learned a very valuable lesson today…don’t give anyone a pen to write your life story. Anyone. Even if you agreed to let district officials handle media statements…

    • @ksd9503
      @ksd9503 2 ปีที่แล้ว +12

      Call me critical, but the obvious negligence needs to be confronted-head on. There’s absolutely no way these people paid attention during active shooter trainings…or cared to retain the information. This should be a scenario that runs through your mind EVERY DAY when you are responsible for the safety of children! What to do, where to go, where to place yourself so you’ll be hit before the students, how to quickly grab students that are in the bathroom/hallways…without putting yourself and students at greater risk when lockdown occurs, what will you use to break the window open if, God forbid, you are sitting ducks and have no choice but to tell students to jump out the window and “run.” You will never be able to convince me that these people had training and monthly drills for this scenario…it would break my heart even more to know they had great training but chose not to retain the info. Negligent all the way around.

      The kid was part of a chat room that was part of all current former, or current federal government employees, one being a former special agent who never said anything. The girl from “Germany” doesn’t sit right either. How did he afford not one, but two of one of the most sought after brands of rifles that even some of the most serious collectors that have jobs can’t afford. Not to mention the optic, (over a thousand rounds is over another thousand dollars), body armor, & all the other shit? A lot of pictures of him cross dressing floating around too for what that’s worth. Somebody gave him all that stuff. I really want to know how that wreck happened. If he hadn’t wrecked there, would he have went in there? Why did the “teacher” prop the door he went through open less than 2 minutes before. There’s just too much wrong with this case for it to have happened how they’re trying to say. If nothing else how did the fact that he had to spend over 10k on guns, & ammo as a fresh 18 year old & nobody notices. Had to be a background check if he bought them, & spending over 10k gets reported to the IRS too. DD rifles almost never hit the secondary market so highly unlikely it was a person to person sale. Looks like a fish, smells like a fish…

    • @ksd9503
      @ksd9503 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@CornPopsDood better yet, what caused him to wreck in that particular location? Sounds like the witnesses at the funeral home should be able to clarify that, hopefully. Propping doors open tends to be something educators do when kids aren’t there because doors lock automatically…when getting materials to and from the car (many trips) they often leave them propped so they don’t have to walk all the way around the building. But should NEVER be done during school hours…or anytime, really. I smell a fish…This is beyond maddening for those that KNOW and UNDERSTAND how many poor decisions had to be made for him to get in so easily. I just don’t know many teachers who don’t think about safety or an active shooter situation..on a DAILY basis. If someone looks remotely unfamiliar, as teachers, we call one another/the front desk, to make SURE they are supposed to be in the building. Always on guard. Always. The only reason you’d prop a door in this situation..is if your keys to get in weren’t on you…or you just didn’t want to walk around to the front. That door HAD to have automatically locked. No reason to prop, otherwise. If your keys weren’t on you, how’d you get into your car?…and why didn’t you have them on you like you are REQUIRED for school identification purposes. 🐟🐟🐟
